Digimon UP (デジモンUP, Dejimon Appu) is a video game.
Story[edit]
Gameplay[edit]
In Digimon UP, the obtainable Digimon in the game are categorized as Partner Digimon and Support Digimon. 15 different Partner Digimon are available for raising at the time of launch. Partner Digimon are confirmed to be specific Digimon raised from a selected Digitama, evolving up from the Baby I stage through to Ultimate. Support Digimon appear in battles, with up to five of them supporting the Partner Digimon, meaning six Digimon on either side.[1]
Equipment and Crests[edit]
Digimon UP features a "Hologram Generator" that produces various types of gear. One type of gear is costumes and the like (for example, the Adamas uniforms worn by Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan from Digimon Story: Time Stranger). These can be customized freely after being earned or generated, regardless of gear equipped for their stat values. The other type is a "Plugin" that features no such visual component.
Digivices are also featured in the game as a customizable "Dock". The Digivice of the various anime series are included as cosmetic skins that offer a set passive bonus.
"Tactical Memory" is a class of Dim Card-like items that are also included in the game, offering various bonuses and stat boosts.
The Crests of the Digimon Adventure continuity are featured as collectible Crest Stones that grant various boosts to players. The Crest of Courage, Crest of Friendship, Crest of Love, Crest of Knowledge, Crest of Sincerity, Crest of Purity, Crest of Hope, Crest of Light, Crest of Kindness, Crest of Miracles, and the Crest of Fate are all featured in this way.
