Story[edit]
Chapter 1 Eiji:Wolf of ninth avenue[edit]
Nagasumi Eiji opened his eyes in the Digital World, as a Cargodramon flew over him, and the narrator asked "don't you want to know? The secret of the two worlds".
At Abadin Electronics, Eiji greeted Professor Ryusenji Tomonori. As his Digimon Dock showed a hologram of Modoki Betamon, Ryusenji explained that the core research that'd determine the future of their company was being conducted there, with holograms of the three Attributes (Vaccine, Data and Virus) being projected outside of the entrance of Abadin Electronics. Ryusenji then gave Eiji a Digimon Linker, which Eiji put on his wrist while asking what it was.
At the Digipolice HQ, Xu Yulin explained that Mindlink had a time limit as the consciousness of the user could be left behind on the Digital World, and she did not want to use her men. At the same time, Eiji activated the Mindlink of his Digimon Linker, and he appeared as a hologram in the Digital World, with Loogamon at his side. He told Loogamon that they were going to infiltrate the SoC and they were going to find out who Tartarus was, as Loogamon howled. A Cargodramon then found both of them and announced they had found a suspicious Digimon. Several Commandramon descended from the Carrierdramon and surrounded a group of Espimon which triggered their Divanish.
- "Used and discarded Digimon". One of Eiji's Tyranomon roared in a subway line.
- "It's turbulence!". A black Agumon was swept away by a data tornado in the sky.
- "The "deep" Digital World". Loogamon was shot several times and roared at his opponent.
Going through the flames riding on her Numemon, Tamahime Satsuki screamed at the hacker Judge, who Hololized alongside his Partner Digimon, Pulsemon.
From inside Loogamon, with multiple screens in front of him, Eiji declared he wanted to change his life, as another screen saying "DIGIVOLUTION" appeared in front of him. Satsuki looked at the situation as a warning that their target was evolving was heard. Surrounded by the Digipolice's Commandramon, a Cargodramon, and Satsuki and her Numemon, from a ring of flames, Loogamon evolved into Loogarmon.
"The Demon Wolf of the Castle of Nine Wolves has returned."
Chapter 2 Hacker Leon:WWW Airlines Flight626[edit]
Loogamon howled on top of a destroyed piece of land, as it and several others were sucked in by a vortex in the sky, and Nagasumi Eiji told him to run.
At his apartment, Leon Alexander brusquely woke up, with the Hololized Pulsemon beside him. Grabbing his head, he wondered if that was truly Eiji.
In a base, Marvin Jackson turned on a hologram visor, and explained that the mission objective was to neutralize the X Country data server and capture the state secret-class Digimon, as his Airdramon flew to said data server. Inside it, a chained Mugendramon rampaged.
A Hololized Eiji told Leon it was good to see him again, but Leon told him that hackers and code crackers had to settle their dispute, as his Pulsemon took a fighting stance. Their evolved Partner Digimon, Boutmon and Loogarmon, charged at each other, with Loogarmon shooting a Howling Burner at close range that did nothing to Boutmon, who countered with an electric punch.
Eiji crossed Xu Yulin as Leon proclaimed it was time to fight for real.
"You're still looking for the black Agumon, aren't you?" A classified document and a woman in a lab, performing Mindlink with a helmet on her head, followed by Eiji's Digimon Linker reacting.
Leon proclaimed that there was no justice to be found in Eiji's actions, as his Ultimate-level Partner, Kazuchimon, charged his swords with electricity then let loose lightning everywhere. Eiji proclaimed he would win, even if he had to use Leon as a springboard, with images of him meeting a far calmer and happier Leon.
Loogarmon evolved into Helloogarmon but went out of control, creating a storm of fire.
"Let's take this ending back to the beginning."
Chapter 3 Unit 11:Digital Missing In Action[edit]
The Royal Knight, Omegamon, struggled against Kazuchimon as both fell into a vortex. Meanwhile, Nagasumi Eiji remembered the distorted voice of Leon Alexander, asking for forgiveness after he tried to save Eiji, who blamed himself and acknowledged Leon as his friend. Eiji's Digimon Linker then received a message, which called him "code cracker Fang" and asked if he was home.
Atop a stage alongside Ryudamon, Tamahime Satsuki, and Numemon, and surrounded by other members of the Digipolice and some Mechanorimon; Xu Yulin proclaimed to a squad of Commandramon that it was their duty to protect the Digital World from code crackers.
Later, looking at a hologram of Kisakata Kosuke projected from her white Digimon Linker, Yulin wondered what he was plotting with a Digimon of his. Ryudamon then opened his eyes.
As DORUmon opened his eyes, Kosuke explained that they made a deal with Professor Ryusenji Tomonori and they were rebooting Operation Tartarus. On top of a mountain in the Digital World, a Hololized Marvin Jackson grabbed his chin and pointed out that that was what he wanted to see, before disappearing and sending his Airdramon and a squad of Hagurumon forward, to clash against the Digipolice's Commandramon and Mechanorimon. As the latter approached, the Hololized Kosuke proclaimed that Yulin and Ryudamon had fallen into a trap. From inside a Cargodramon, surrounded by several others, and alongside Satsuki, Yulin answered that he hadn't won. A swarm of Blade Kuwagamon then flew alongside the Cargodramon.
Looking to the sky, Kosuke explained that he had lost someone very important to him in the Digital World. He then flashed back to a Hololized hand petting a black Agumon, then to Ryusenji Saya, who hoped they'd be together ten years from then, then a hand holding a white Digimon Dock.
"I'll see you soon, Saya."
Chapter 4 Sons of Chaos: Seekers[edit]
As Kisakata Kosuke proclaimed that the greatest revolution in human history began, the Digipolice's Hi-Commandramon shot DCD Grenades at Loogarmon, who was surrounded by rings of blue light, which themselves were surrounded by rings of orange light. From the explosion caused by the attacks, the evolved Soloogarmon appeared, clearing the flames with a swipe of his sword, then charged forward.
Proclaiming they were there to stop the Digipolice, on top of a mountain, Marvin Jackson set forth a group of Hagurumon while his Airdramon roared. On the ground and alongside her Numemon, Tamahime Satsuki acknowledged they were on the same page, then ordered the Digipolice's Hi-Commandramon to fire.
Ouryumon and DORUgoramon clashed against each other. From inside Ouryumon, Xu Yulin asked how Kosuke was going to save Ryusenji Saya. Kosuke, surrounded by the Prototype Digimon: DORUmon, Loogamon, and the defeated Ryudamon, as well as Nagasumi Eiji, answered he was going to scour the depths of the Digital World, and that was why it was called Operation Tartarus. As he did, he typed on a holographic console which projected orbs showing the three Attributes: Vaccine, Data and Virus. Eiji and Loogamon looked upwards. The Digicore Interfaces on the Prototype Digimon's heads started to glow. The Digital World lost all colour.
Chaosdramon appeared in front of Satsuki and roared. Proclaiming that the Digipolice couldn't afford to lose someone, Satsuki pointed a device to the sky, causing it to shoot a beam of light. From where the light hit the sky, a shower of Genocide Rain bullets came down, followed by Brigadramon.
Soloogarmon covered himself in a bubble of hexagonal panels, with blue and orange rings of light surrounding it, and evolved into Fenriloogamon, opposite DORUgoramon.
Ryusenji Tomonori said he appreciated their love for his daughter, with the unconscious Agumon (Black) floating behind him.
Eiji asked Tartarus to think and not give in, but it was too late, as DORUmon became Death-X-DORUgoramon, covered in a dark aura, and spread his massive wings.
Eiji and Leon Alexander fistbumped each other, as Leon said that he knew they weren't on the same side but he believed in Eiji. Looking at Death-X-DORUgoramon, both Tamers raised their arms with their Digimon Linkers, and a blue ring that said JOGRESS surrounded them.
Eiji proclaimed he'd turn the Digital World upside down to find what he was after, and the Jogressed form of Fenriloogamon and Kazuchimon, Fenriloogamon: Takemikazuchi, was formed.
"Friendship travels faster than light."

Trivia[edit]
- Like its predecessor, Digimon Project, the series uses localized terms despite releasing on Bandai's Japanese Youtube account. Whilst Digimon Project was voiceless, Digimon Seekers has voice acting — and though the actors are Japanese they are dubbed over to have English voices with no Japanese voice version available. The videos do have Japanese subtitles to accommodate Japanese viewers, however. The voice actors dubbing over the Japanese actors are uncredited.
