Digimon Adventure: Anode Tamer & Cathode Tamer[edit]
Before the events of the game, the Chosen Children and their Partner Digimon were kidnapped by Millenniumon.
After Akiyama Ryo defeated Vamdemon, Ishida Yamato, Kido Jo, Yagami Hikari, Gabumon, Gomamon and Tailmon were freed. The Chosen Children then returned to their world, while their Partner Digimon joined Ryo to rescue the others.
Digimon World: Digital Card Arena[edit]
Ikkakumon is the third opponent in Sage Tower's first Battle Arena. He plays the VS Fire deck, a deck with 3 attack, defense, and evolution speed which focuses on countering Red/Flame decks. Upon being defeated, he echoes the words of his Partner, Kido Jo, and tells the player to keep challenging himself.
After the credits, Zudomon appears in Junk City's Battle Café alongside his partner, Jo, after Ishida Yamato is beaten in Igloo City's Battle Café. Upon talking to him, he points out how the player beat him last time, but now that he's evolved from Ikkakumon to Zudomon, he won't lose. The player then answers that he has gotten much stronger too since Sage Tower. Zudomon acknowledges it, as he was told by Metal Garurumon that the player beat Yamato, which according to him is an impressive feat, but even with that they can't know who's stronger without battling. Zudomon plays the Hand Weapons deck, a Blue/Water and Black/Darkness deck with 4 attack, 4 defense and 3 evolution speed that's highly effective and loaded with weapons. Upon being defeated, he acknowledges the player's strength and how the player grows much faster than him, then encourages the player to battle Jou, saying he's much tougher than he looks.
Zudomon later appears as the third opponent of Sage Tower's second and third Battle Arenas. Before the first match, he tells the player that he's there to challenge him again, accepting that he was beaten last time but that it doesn't mean they know who will win. Upon being defeated, he acknowledges the player is too good and that he can't catch up to him, but he refuses to give up and asks the player to accept his challenge again.

Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode[edit]
Gomamon faces Taiga alongside Kido Jo in the Colosseum 20th floor Free Battle: "N-nice to meet you!". There, Jo was convinced he and Gomamon couldn't win in a proper fight, but Gomamon decided to go for it anyways even if Jo wasn't ready. After the fight, Jo blamed Gomamon for their loss. Gomamon returned the blame to Jo, pointing out he didn't tell him what to do. Jo accepted this and apologised, as did Gomamon. They then left as Jo was about to be late for cram school and forgot to do his homework. This awards Taiga the Jo's Glasses accesory. He evolves into Zudomon for the 20th floor Free Battle: "The Problem with Integrity" and Vikemon for the Heavenly Hall Tournament: "Legendary Digimon Battle".
