Digimon Alysion (デジモンアリシオン, Dejimon Arishion) is a video game.
It is an online, card-based game for smartphones, based on the Digimon Card Game.
Premise
Veteran gamer Kanata was invited by her online friend Futre to try out a new release.
Welcome to "DIGIMON LIBERATOR"
An extremely popular online card game where players face off using a deck case-shaped gadget known as a D-STORAGE. This game is accessible via a household full-dive VR headset known as a "T.A.L.E."
Although Kanata had always loved Digimon, she never had many chances to play with Digimon cards.
After learning about the game from an introductory pamphlet and conversations with Futre, she finally decided to dive into the world of LIBERATOR.
In the metaverse space LACUNA, Kanata's love for Digimon will grow while encountering new friends and rivals and making irreplaceable memories.
Now's the time. Let's jump into this new world.
...This story will guide both Digimon and the world.[1]

Gameplay
Digimon Alysion is primarily a digital version of the Digimon Card Game, meaning the gameplay of Alysion very closely matches that of the physical Card Game. Some key differences are due to the limitations of digital games, such as Alysion only allowing for up to 10 total Digimon or Tamer cards to be on a player's battle area at any time (no such limit exists for players of the Digimon Card Game).
Digimon Alysion features cards originally from the Digimon Card Game, as well as cards exclusive to Alysion.
Digimon Encyclopedia
The Digimon Encyclopedia (Dub: Digidex) refers to a virtual pet raising game also available in Alysion. Players hatch a Digitama and raise Digimon up Evolution Stages until the Ultimate stage, at which point the Ultimate Digimon can then be converted into a Digimon card. Players then hatch a new Digitama and begin the process anew.
