Digimon Adventure: Anode Tamer & Cathode Tamer[edit]
Piemon was among the Digimon brought back due to the formation of Millenniumon, whom he then served. He fights Akiyama Ryo in Piemon's Palace as the fourth boss of the game. He fights Ryo again in Milleniumon's Lair alongside a Meramon, the fourth fight in the boss rush leading to Millenniumon, but is defeated once again.
Digimon World: Digital Card Arena[edit]
Infinity Tower's third Battle Arena, unlocked after beating all the Adventure Chosen Children, is centered around the Dark Masters, with the player having to fight Metal Seadramon, Pinochimon, Lady Devimon and Piemon in a row. Piemon himself uses the Four Heavenly Kings Assault deck which is centered around the Dark Masters. All of them wish to harm the player, with Piemon specifically holding a grudge from his defeat against the Chosen Children and vowing revenge, even after being defeated by the player.
While Mugendramon appears in the game in Infinity Tower's first Battle Arena, he's not considered part of the Dark Masters in the game, with Lady Devimon taking his place instead.

Digimon Adventure[edit]
During the time the Chosen Children were in the Real World, the Dark Masters covered the Digital World and formed a new world over it, Spiral Mountain, so they could have full control over it. They also killed anyone who opposed them. The creation of Spiral Mountain had significant effects on the Digital World, killing Digimon such as Scumon due to the holes it generated, moving places around like Vegimon's Restaurant, and causing the Village of Beginnings to stop working, thus stopping Digimon from being reborn.
After Tyumon explained the situation to the Chosen Children upon their return to the Digital World in Episode 49, "The Four Dark Masters", Piemon appeared and sent them down a hole. He then summoned the other Dark Masters: Metal Seadramon, Mugendramon and Pinochimon, and introduced the four of them, this would be their first encounter.
As Homeostasis explained in Episode 53, "Clash! The Ultimate Digimon", the Dark Masters found out about their plan to counter the darkness and tried to steal the Crests. A young Gennai protected them from Piemon by taking the Crests and Partner Digimon Digitama with him to File Island, but due to the interference of his pursuers, lost Tailmon's Digitama.
The power of darkness would fade after each Dark Master was killed, with their domain returning from Spiral Mountain to the Digital World. Metal Seadramon was the first to go, fighting and dying against the Chosen Children in Episode 50, "The Raging King of the Seas! Metal Seadramon", followed by Pinochimon who was killed by Metal Garurumon's Cocytus Breath in Episode 55, "Pursuit! Defeat Pinochimon!". The next was Mugendramon in Episode 58, "Reunion! Overthrow Mugendramon!", and finally, Piemon by getting pushed into Holy Angemon's Heaven's Gate by War Greymon's Gaia Force and Metal Garurumon's Garuru Tomahawk in Episode 61, "The Clown from Hell, Piemon". However, their defeat did not return the Digital World to normal, as the Chosen Children's true enemy was Apocalymon, the one who allowed the Dark Masters to gather their power in the first place.
All the Dark Masters reappeared in Subspace in Episode 62, "The Final Dark Digimon", as optional boss battles for Kido Jo (Metal Seadramon), Takaishi Takeru (Pinochimon), Izumi Koshiro (Metal Seadramon) and Takenouchi Sora (Piemon), if the player got 35 bond points for each of them. Upon being fought, their Partner Digimon unlocked their Ultimate stages.
