Kuremi Kyoko is a supporting character in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth. She's the director of the Kuremi Detective Agency, and therefore, the teacher and boss of Aiba Takumi/Aiba Ami in their job as a detective/cyber sleuth. In the original timeline, Kyoko is in fact Alphamon of the Royal Knights, who took over her comatose body.
In Digimon Story: Time Stranger, Kyoko only appears in content tied to DLC packs and appears to be mostly unrelated to her Cyber Sleuth counterpart.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth[edit]
Kyoko in the Kuremi Detective Agency was bored as she had too much free time, and complained about how it didn't matter if her job existed or not. Aiba Takumi got angry at her, saying that they should do their best to solve any potential problems, at any time and place. However, Kyoko only answered that they couldn't earn money without clients and decided to take a nap. Before she could, though, three clients arrived at the agency, and before they could enter, Kyoko sent Takumi to get them tea.
Now sitting down and with tea, the clients explained that their accounts had been stolen in a low floor of Cyberspace EDEN. Takumi realized that it was a case of account hacking, and explained that it was a Hacker act, and they dealt with those in the past. Learning that, the clients asked the detectives for their help, and Kyoko accepted, but gave Takumi alone the job. Takumi tried to complain about it, but Kyoko merely pointed out that it was his forte, and then lied, saying she was very busy to take the work herself. Takumi accepted the job, but told Kyoko that she had to help him, which Kyoko was fine with. Furthermore, she pointed out that it was a suitable job for him since he wanted to beat up the thugs and, because it happened in a low floor, it could be connected to the mysteries about Takumi's body, and he could find clues there, which Takumi had not thought about. With that said, Kyoko painfully slapped Takumi on his back, then Takumi performed a Connect Jump on the Kuremi Detective Agency's monitor.
After the Connect Jump, Takumi found himself in the low floor area, Coulomb. Kyoko contacted him, asking if there was anything suspicious. Looking all around, Takumi found a level 1 firewall. Kyoko asked him if he could handle it, which Takumi was confident he could. After breaking it and being shifted to another location, Takumi was unable to contact Kyoko anymore.
Back at the Kuremi Detective Agency, after Takumi defeated the Demons Hackers and recovered the stolen account data, Kyoko thanked Takumi for a job well done and told him the clients were happy they got their accounts back. However, they still didn't know anything about EDEN Syndrome, the ringleader, or the leader of the Demons.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth[edit]
The real Kyoko's father (who is never directly named in the story) was a private detective, friends with Gorou Matayoshi and the founder of the Kuremi Detective Agency. Several years ago, he investigated Kamishiro Enterprises, but died during the investigation. This led this daughter taking over his agency and begin her own investigation into Kamishiro. Eventually, she was hired by Kamishiro Satoru to investigate Kishibe Rie, who was suspect for trying to sabotage the company and embezzle its money. Akemi Suedou then took advantage of the ongoing investigation and summoned Eaters that compromised both women. Their bodies were then coincidentally taken over by Alphamon and Lord Knightmon respectively.
Kyoko (Alphamon) first met Takumi/Ami after they wake up in Shibuya with a digital body. She runs the Kuremi Detective Agency out of Nakano Broadway and for the majority of the game, Aiba works as her assistant. Kyoko is known for her odd coffee preferences (mixing savory or spicy food, such as mayonnaise or wasabi into coffee) and her strong dedication to her job.
At the end of the game, following the timeline being altered, Kyoko was reverted back to a normal human being. She encounters Aiba and feels a sense of familiarity to them, then offers them a job as her assistant.
The real Kyoko had a more feminine speaking tone compared to Alphamon as Kyoko. Her habit of mixing savory or spicy food into coffee is also Alphamon's and not her own.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory[edit]
Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]
During "The Defense of Nishi Shinjuku", Kuremi Kodai mentions having a daughter, implied to be Kyoko. She was merely 8 years old before the timeskip, and when Kodai was gravely injured by Ranamon, Kyoko cried heavily for him on his bed.
She initially appeared in the side quest In the Palm of an Unknown Hand, which is only available if the player has the Cyber Sleuth Costume DLC. A seemingly teenage Kyoko anonymously contacts Hiroko's digiline, providing her with Kodai's Public Safety credentials and instructing her to infiltrate a Public Safety vehicle to download information about "Project Eden" on a USB drive.
She appears as a major character in the first Alternate Dimension DLC event. Unlike the Kyoko encountered in In the Palm of an Unknown Hand, this one appeared to hail from an alternate universe where the Shinjuku Inferno came to a pass, and the world was left in ruins. Kodai was then tasked on a mission to take out Parallelmon by Shiroki Asuna and Monica Simmons despite Kyoko's insistence for him not to, but he rejected his daughter's pleas, causing her to bear a deep grudge towards him. Eventually, both Kodai and Kyoko were abducted by Parallelmon's Absorbment Bang and vanished. They eventually made amends when Kodai was injured by a rampaging Omegamon Alter-B and she used his tranquilizer gun to pacify it.
