⇨ Japanese
An Undead Seadramon that swims on through the Net Ocean in search of Digimon prey, surviving on instinct alone despite lacking flesh. As a result of it being reduced to nothing but bones, it has decreased resistance, allowing it to pursue its prey to the ends of the earth with high-speed movements. Once it captures the enemy, it slowly chokes the life out of them with its "Dead Roll", where it uses its long body to constrict them.
Its Special Move is firing a stinging lightning strike from the blade on its calvaria (Thunder Javelin). The more it charges this technique, the more powerful it becomes.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]

A gigantic Titan Skull Seadramon attacked Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan, Misono Inori, Aegiomon and Submarimon in the Abyss Depths in "Red Seas and Regret". It was heavily implied to be the resident Waru Seadramon turned into an undead through unknown means. According to Submarimon, it had been causing issues for the Abyss Area for a while now.

Prior to being fought, it can be seen swimming in the background in the Abyss Sanctuary.

Skull Seadramon serves as a boss in "Red Seas and Regret". It is fought in parts, each representing a part of its full HP bar. During the first two parts, Skull Seadramon will erect a semi-permanent counter shield.

  • The first part counters physical attacks. If an attack triggers the counter shield, Skull Seadramon will retaliate by using Aqua Pressure III. It can use Hell Crusher II, Ocean Wave II, Attack Charge and Guard Break.
  • The second part erects a permanent Magic Reflect. It can use Frozen Bullet II, Shadow Fang II, Aqua Pressure II, Guard Bind and Spirit Bind. All of its moves can inflict Paralysis, Poison or Injury. If its attack is lowered, it will use Attack Charge on its next turn.
  • The third part has permanently increased stats. It can use Hydro Water II, Hydro Water III, Frozen Bullet II, Icicle Edge III, Thunder Fall II, Nightmare III and Mental Break. It is possible to skip this part if the player did enough damage on the second phase.
  • The fourth part is its head, and it shows when it starts charging for an attack. At this point, Skull Seadramon (Core) becomes targettable and it has no stat boosts. If not stopped, Skull Seadramon will use a modified version of Thunder Javelin that targets the entire party. It then returns to its first part, then the third part.

Skull Seadramon resists Plant, Electricity, Steel, Earth, Wind, Dark and Null, is immune to Water and Ice and has the Genes "Titan", "Medium" and "Aquatic". Skull Seadramon (Core) is weak to Plant, Earth, Steel, Wind, Null and extremely weak to Fire and Light, resists Electricity and Water, and has the Genes "Medium", "Aquatic" and "Undead". All affinities of the core seems to directly apply to the main body if its core is exposed, allowing it to be reasonably damaged during that phase.

Skull Seadramon is also an obtainable Digimon. It evolves from Coelamon, Ikkakumon, or Seadramon, and can evolve into Leviamon or Metal Seadramon.
