After DORUgamon and Plotmon (X-Antibody) defeated Chaosmon and Rosemon (X-Antibody) in Infinity Mountain, they're left exhausted, only for a War Greymon (X-Antibody) and an Ulforce V-dramon (X-Antibody) to show up soon after. Plotmon faints from exhaustion, so DORUgamon tries to fight them on its own, only to get beaten down. After Kuga Yuuya leaves, DORUgamon thinks everyone will die again. With a roar, DORUgamon gets back up and evolves into DORUguremon, who easily takes down both enemy X-Antibody Digimon.

Taiga meets an Ulforce V-dramon (X-Antibody) on the 80th floor of Infinity Mountain, who immediately attacks him. It can drop a Swifness Piece, which can then be traded to Agumon (X-Antibody) for a Swiftness X-Antibody item, needed to evolve Ulforce V-dramon into Ulforce V-dramon (X-Antibody). After being defeated, it considers Taiga and Digimaru splendid and allows them to proceed.

Ulforce V-dramon X-Antibody appears in the Lament of the X-Antibody chapter (慟哭のＸ抗体編 Dōkoku no X-Kōtai-hen). It is also an obtainable Digimon which is evolved from Ulforce V-dramon with the Swiftness X-Antibody. It can also be obtained as a collectible card. Its card can be unlocked when completing the V-dramon Evolution (ブイドラモン進化 Buidoramon Shinka) set.
