Before "Yuuki", Yuuki and Impmon were defeated by a rogue NPC that used a EX7-049 Metallicdramon and a EX7-014 Volcanicdramon, which created an infinite loop as they'd keep reviving the other from trash upon being destroyed.

During their rematch in "HEAVY METAL PLAY", the NPC evolved its EX7-046 Jazarichmon into its trump card, EX7-049 Metallicdramon. Metallicdramon was destroyed a turn later by EX7-062 Heavy Metaldramon's When Evolving Black Sabbath effect, which let it destroy a Digimon with equal or lower DP than it. However, this in turn activated Metallicdramon's effect as it left the battle area, letting the NPC play EX7-014 Volcanicdramon from its trash without paying the cost.
