Dramon

Dramon-species (Dragon Monster Species) refers to Dragon-species Digimon that may or may not have the suffix "-dramon" 「ドラモン」 in their name. Dracomon is said to be the ancestor of all Dramon Digimon and those that bear the "-dramon" suffix in their name must possess Dragon-factor data in their Digicore; the higher the percentage of that data, the more the shape of their body becomes a Dragon-type. Also, the Greymon-species Digimon are said to be some kind of subspecies of the Dramon-species. While often extremely powerful, they share a similar weakness in that they are affected by Dramon Killer weapons.

Vj-4 The One Who Inherits the Power of Dragons features artwork of War Greymon, Metal Greymon, and Greymon, with the name referencing the Greymon-species as a sub-species of the Dramon-species. The card effect references the types of these three Digimon, namely the Dinosaur type, Cyborg type, and the Dragon Man type.

As an homage to Vj-4, BT4-099 The One Who Inherits the Power of Dragons features War Greymon, Metal Greymon, and Greymon in the artwork once again; BT-4 Great Legend was a booster set themed after the Greymon-species. ST-11 Start Deck Special Entry Set, a starter deck reprinting cards related to War Greymon and themed after Gammamon, included an alternate artwork for BT4-099 depicting War Growlmon, Paildramon, and Greymon. The card effect references Digimon with "Greymon" or "dramon" in their names.
