Akira needed to get the three Chaos Rings worn by the Chaos Generals to get inside Cluster Hole. Thankfully, said Chaos Generals had left Cluster Hole and were hiding in other Holes so Akira could hunt them down.
In Bias Hole, Akira confronted Chaos Seadramon, who had been waiting for him and proclaimed it knew of his arrival as it was all-knowing. It was disappointed in Crimson for being incapable of dealing with a child, and although it thought that he was Crimson's issue to deal with, it still decided to deal with Akira personally.
Chaos Seadramon is the boss of Bias Hole. It fights alongside a Megadramon and a Gigadramon. During the fight, Chaos Seadramon can use Ultimate Stream. Defeating it awards Akira the Seadra Ring.
