Profile[edit]

Skull Baluchimon is a member of the Titans. It shows little personality and doesn't speak (outside of attack calls as Dorimon), but it is extremely loyal to Titamon, who rides it as Titamon + Skull Baluchimon. This loyalty is unchanged even after their rebirth, with Titamon still riding Skull Baluchimon in their Baby II forms, Tunomon and Dorimon. This loyalty even overrides its fear of strong enemies like Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan and Aegiochusmon, making it keep fighting even when it knows they're outmatched.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]

After Titamon was dragged into the Real World, he encountered Skull Baluchimon and befriended it off-screen, evolving together into Titamon + Skull Baluchimon.

Titamon + Skull Baluchimon

After the party aids the government in controlling the chaos in "The Defense of Nishi-Shinjuku", they go in front of the government building as they had finally found the Treasure. However, before they can grab it, Titamon + Skull Baluchimon appears and obtains the Treasure first. He then crushes it, absorbing its power, though he feels something is wrong. Aegiochusmon immediately realizes the only way to get the Treasure back is to fight Titamon.

Titamon + Skull Baluchimon serves as the final boss of the chapter "The Defense of Nishi-Shinjuku". Apart from normal attacks, it can use Idle Bubble, Venom Trap, Attack Charge, Guard Break, Mental Break, Shadow Fang II, Comet Hammer II, and a modified version of Senjin Kishinzan that hits the entire party (which he always uses after Attack Charge). It has three actions per turn and is the first boss who can take three actions by default in the game.

Several cutscenes play during the fight as Titamon's health lowers:

  • The Operator tells Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan that they may have changed history for the worse, with the Shinjuku Inferno happening far earlier than in the original timeline, as it was impossible that the amount of destruction that happened was ignored by history.
  • Titamon criticizes Skull Baluchimon for being scared of its enemies.
  • Inori realizes the Agent is in pain, though can't understand the Agent's fear of changing the timeline for the worse. The Agent then explains to Inori and Aegiochusmon that they come from the future and about the Shinjuku Inferno.
  • Inori points out nothing can surprise her anymore, and Aegiochusmon realizes that their goal was to change the future. Inori then convinces the Agent to trust in them.

After Titamon's first health bar is depleted, Titamon + Skull Baluchimon is defeated. Skull Baluchimon perishes and Titamon falls to his knee, hurt.

Titamon has two visible health bars, with one representing his Titamon + Skull Baluchimon phase and the other his Berserk Titamon phase. Unlike the playable version, Titamon + Skull Baluchimon's affinities are completely different; he has no weaknesses, blocks Dark and resists Steel and Earth, and has the "Titan", "Medium", "Evil" and "God" genes.

In the Super Ultimate difficulty, both of Titamon's forms gain an extra action per turn. Furthermore, as the player cannot use any items, the EM Net Generator will be placed automatically without any input from the player after Berserk Titamon uses his fake charged attack.

Some time within the 8-year timeskip, Titamon was reborn as a Tunomon (referred to as Tunomon (Titamon) in-game) because of the Treasure's remaining power and Skull Baluchimon was reborn as a Dorimon. They were imprisoned by Junomon, but Tyrant Kabuterimon and Witchmon appeared to free them, having been ordered by Plutomon to do so. The protagonist meets them alongside several Titan remnants while trying to save Junomon and cooperates with them to free all the imprisoned Digimon within the Guardian Palace and distract a Clavis Angemon acting as the prison warden. After escaping from said Clavis Angemon and separating from Apollomon and Dianamon, Tunomon and Dorimon join the party, with Titamon sharing the Agent their knowledge on how to compromise the Guardian Palace's prison system. Tunomon and Dorimon both join as level 55 Digimon, with Tunomon having the Comet Hammer I and Dorimon having the Wolkenapalm I Attachment Skills. Once the protagonist frees Minervamon and escapes to confront Junomon, Tunomon vows that he will destroy the Agent the next time they meet before parting off.

The duo recovers their Titamon + Skull Baluchimon form before the "Hey!! Brat!! You've come!!" round of the "Greatest Omega Carnival" side mission, seemingly to fulfill their promise for a final fight with the Agent. While Etemon is shocked to see Titamon there, Titamon himself just wants to get the fight done quickly. After being defeated, Titamon + Skull Baluchimon is unable to remain in that form and devolves to Tunomon (still referred to as "Tunomon (Titamon)" in-game) and Dorimon, though Titamon boasts he's still strong enough to win in that form.

  • Titamon + Skull Baluchimon can use normal attacks, Venom Trap, Mental Break and very rarely, Senjin Kishinzan. He keeps the same weaknesses and resistances as before.
  • Tunomon (Titamon) can use Comet Hammer III, Awa and an unnamed Earth attack that shows the time-stop animation before he executes it. He is weak to Plant, and resists Steel and Null.
  • Dorimon can use normal attacks, Attack Field, Guard Break and Metal Drop. He is weak to Plant, Earth and Wind, and resists Fire and Electricity.
