Floramon is a supporting character who lives in Gear Forest in Digimon Story: Time Stranger. At some point during the timeskip, she evolves into Lotusmon.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]
Hawkmon and Floramon from the same Gear Forest village as Palmon dislike her and mistook Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan's group to be Titans. As such, they try to stop them from reaching the village through traps such as tangling the ivy Palmon uses to cross cliffs and blocking the Agent's party's way with a mix of fake and real, feral Woodmon. Hawkmon and Floramon's last attempt at getting rid of the Agent and Palmon fails as they're attacked by an actual group of Titans, comprised of a Kuwagamon, a Goburimon and a Shamamon. After the Agent's group defeats said Titans, Hawkmon and Floramon pledge to be their underlings, if only to gain their protection, then leave for the village.
At some point during the 8 year timeskip, Floramon evolved into Lotusmon. In the original timeline ("Too Late"), it was heavily implied that Lotusmon was slain by the Titans like the other villagers.
After travelling back in time in "The Titans' Grudge", the Agent, Misono Inori and Aegiomon managed to reach the Cannonbeemon trio attacking a Muchomon, Pyokomon and Gekomon in Gear Forest slightly earlier. This time, it was not Griffomon (the evolved Hawkmon) but Lotusmon who showed up to help. After the battle, Lotusmon explained she was Floramon before and asked the party if they were going to join the festival. After explaining the Titans were about to attack the Village, Lotusmon joins the party as a level 40 Digimon with the Thorn Strike III Attachment Skill.
After falling asleep in the Village, inside their dream, Lotusmon pointed out that whoever did it has abilities similar to hers. This turned out to be Witchmon, who they fought and defeated alongside Bacchusmon, allowing them to wake up again. Lotusmon then leaves the party, deciding to stay behind in the village to take care of the Digimon that were still fast asleep. For the rest of the game, she can be found standing in the Locomon station where she can be spoken to.
Lotusmon joined the Agent in the Akashic Records in "The Final Battle over the Natural Order" while they were facing Lilithmon. She was surprised at seeing one of the Seven Great Demon Lords and knew she'd be a hard fight even if she was a fake. Rosemon and Griffomon joined soon after. During the fight, Lotusmon can use Thorn Strike III, and Seven's Fantasia. After the fight, Rosemon complained about the help since she wasn't the same weakling as eight years ago, but Lotusmon and Griffomon assured her they were aware of how strong she had become. Rosemon then thanked the Agent for their help while Griffomon confirmed Inori and Aegiomon had brought Bacchusmon the purple fruit.

- The intermediate stages between Floramon and Lotusmon are not shown during the story. Unlike other examples like Shellmon and Hawkmon, there is no one route between Floramon and Lotusmon in-game. While there is only one Perfect option (Pumpmon), there are three Adults that connect them: Sunflowmon, Togemon and Woodmon.
