The "Black Digitron" secretion, which completely turned Omegamon Alter-S black, was deliberately mixed in by someone, causing it to temporarily take on this black form. Although its power is heightened while it is in this form, it lost its sense of self, leaving it in a berserk state.

Noir is the Partner Digimon of Tsuzuki Shoma. During the final battle, Analogman (possessing Shoma) forces Omegamon Zwart D to undergo Altered Super Evolution, breaking his mind and turning him into Omegamon Alter-B, the final boss of the game. After being defeated, he comes back to his senses, but remains as Omegamon Alter-B, and Shoma fully accepts him as his Partner Digimon and names him Noir.
