Digimon Adventure:

Omegamon is the fused Partner Digimon of Yagami Taichi and Ishida Yamato, and therefore a fusion of Agumon and Gabumon.

After the Chosen Children rejected the negative words from Abbadomon Core after the latter trapped Omegamon's Grey Sword and corrupted it, Omegamon itself, Taichi and Yamato in "The End of the Adventure", their Crests empowered Omegamon further, freeing them. Abbadomon Core then tried to bring its Binjerādo down on the trapped Omegamon, however, he deflected it with his right arm, which had turned into Omegamon Alter-S', thus giving him the Garuru Sword. Omegamon then released his original sword from Abbadomon Core's abdomen, then pushed him back with a double slash before turning his arms into two cannons: both his usual right arm (Garuru Cannon) and Omegamon Alter-S' left arm with the Grey Cannon. This form of Omegamon then shot both cannons at Abbadomon Core, which it tried and failed to block with another barrage of Gaze Eraser beams. From beyond the smokescreen created by their clash, this Omegamon fully evolved into Omegamon Alter-S.

Digimon New Century

Omegamon Shuang Wu is a Super Ultimate Digimon, obtainable with the Jogress of War Greymon and Metal Garurumon in Digimon New Century.

As with this Omegamon form's debut in Digimon Adventure:, this Digimon's appearance is that of Omegamon by default, with the ability to change the weapon arms from those of Omegamon (Grey Sword and (Garuru Cannon) to those of Omegamon Alter-S (Grey Cannon and Garuru Sword). This is used in attack animations, depicting the dual-wielding of the cannons and dual-wielding the swords. Omegamon Shuang Wu will also briefly turn into Omegamon Alter-S from behind a smokescreen as part of these animations, before turning back into the base appearance of Omegamon. Of note, just as in Adventure:, Omegamon Shuang Wu maintains the shoulders of Omegamon regardless of the weapon depicted, i.e. wielding the Grey Cannon of Alter-S with the Brave Shield of Omegamon.
