Appearances[edit]
Anime[edit]
Digimon Frontier[edit]
Ofanimon was one of the Three Archangels along with Seraphimon and Cherubimon. When Cherubimon revolted, she was imprisoned in a prison of light. But even there she was able to communicate to the Real World and called the Legendary Chosen to come to the Digital World and save the Digital World from Cherubimon. When they free her, she tries to purify Cherubimon with her Eden's Javelin but Cherubimon's heart had grown too dark. However she did manage to get back the Legendary Chosen's D-Scanners that Cherubimon had taken. She tried to fight Cherubimon but was beaten and scanned. She was later reborn as Plotmon.
Digimon Adventure:[edit]
Ofanimon is the Partner Digimon of Yagami Hikari.
In the past, Ofanimon fought in this form against Millenniumon and the army of Dark Digimon, alongside the other Holy Digimon and the Partner Digimon of the other Chosen Children.
In the present, in "Hikari, New Life", Angewomon took an aura of this form after Nyokimon was born from the Digitama Hikari was protecting, which caused her Digivice: to project the Crest of Light. With that aura and power, Angewomon was able to defeat and purify Skull Baluchimon and a group of Soulmon, returning them to Digitama.
Holy Angemon and Angewomon Ultimate Evolved into Seraphimon and Ofanimon, respectively, in "The Angels' Determination", after explaining how light and darkness exist alongside order and harmony and daring the Great Catastrophe, evil enough to even deceive darkness, to behold their light of hope. Deathmon (Black), who had tried to kill them earlier alongside anyone else in the same space as the Crest monoliths, immediately shot them with its Death Arrow, which was completely ineffective. Seraphimon and Deathmon then attacked each other with Seven Heavens and Explosion Eye, respectively, with the former winning their clash and boring into Deathmon's skin. Ofanimon then charged at it, with Deathmon attempting to stop her with another Death Arrow which could not go through her shield, and Ofanimon pierced through Deathmon with her Eden's Javelin, destroying its eye and killing it.
In "The Last Miracle, The Last Power", Skull Knightmon (Tailmon's corrupted form) was able to manifest himself over Ofanimon and protect her from Abbadomon's attack.

After the Chosen Children returned to Subspace from the sea of data in Episode 62, "The Final Dark Digimon", they were taken by a strange light into a new area with six coloured doors, and a seventh door between them with a chain of each colour. Behind the black door, the Chosen Children found Venom Vamdemon. Hikari and Tailmon decided to take care of him. Tailmon could feel Hikari's Light flowing through her body, then warp evolved into Ofanimon for the first time.
Afterwards, she can evolve in-battle by paying 25 SP from Tailmon, or 15 SP from Angewomon, or start the battle as such by equipping the EVO Boost II DigiPiece. Ofanimon's attacks are:

- Eden's Air: heals all allies to full HP and restores every status ailment. Costs 30 SP.
Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode[edit]
The Ofanimon of the Three Archangels appears in the Scheme of the Demon Lords chapter (策謀の魔王篇 Sakubō no Maō-hen) guiding the protagonist through putting an end to Barbamon's plans. The first time they meet, Ofanimon introduces herself as someone who sees the world through the perspective of the gods, different from that of the Seven Great Demon Lords, and explains Vitium caused the Seven Great Demon Lords to move, which amounted to the collapse of the balance of powers in the Digital World. Furthermore, Barbamon was expanding a portal on the top of the Digitower to intrude into the Real World as well, and only Taiga, the Decode user, could stop them, as it meant he could push the potential of his Digimon and the world beyond 100%. Said Decode was also needed for Barbamon's portal, but since it couldn't be Taiga's, Ofanimon wondered what power he obtained. After telling Taiga he's their last hope, Ofanimon said she felt the presence of the Demon Lord Lilithmon ahead, who must have a plan of her own, but Taiga would just die if he tried to face her as he was. Ofanimon explained only the power of a Demon Lord could compete with another Demon Lord, so Taiga needed to obtain it, then the power of another Demon Lord that wasn't there, like Belphemon who was in slumber in the Dark Area. However, Taiga's Decode wasn't enough to do so, as he was lacking in something. Ofanimon explained the world was a giant puzzle but its pieces were already gathered. Ofanimon then sends Taiga a mail, telling him to find another one with his aptitude so a new path opens for him, and to take care of the other human being in 50F, both of which referred to Shinomiya Rina.
After Taiga gets food to Rina and walks to the 60th floor once more, Rina shows herself to Taiga, Rindou Akiho, Nicolai Petrov, Kuga Yuuya, Mikagura Mirei and Ofanimon. Nico was surprised to see her, though that surprise turned to annoyance after Rina called him a weakling. She then introduced herself to the rest and explained they met when she defeated him in the Colosseum. Taiga got her up to date with the current situation. While Rina wondered what they were missing, Ofanimon said that Rina was exactly that, since her Digivice capacity was irregularly high, perhaps because it was allowing her to use her Decode ability. Rina didn't quite get it, but she knew her Digimon was stronger than others even with the same stats. Ofanimon explained that that was her Decode and why Barbamon targetted her, but it also meant they could use her Digivice as a container to borrow Belphemon's strength. Mirei thought it was too dangerous to set up strategies when they didn't understand why Rina's Digivice was different, though Nico, Yuuya and Akiho pointed out they had no time. Ofanimon ordered Taiga and Rina to go to the Dark Area and the rest to stay behind. Ofanimon then sends Taiga a mail, guiding him to the Train Garage at the Railroad Plains, where a Digimon from the Village of Beginnings that had not reached its full potential (Wormmon) resided. Unleashing said powers (Stingmon) would be needed for Taiga and Rina to get to the Dark Area.
After Taiga and Rina come back with Belphemon's power, Ofanimon tells the rest her role has come to an end as a resident of the heavens can't confront the Demon Lords directly, but they can, so she'll watch over them faithfully as an angel should. She then vanishes in a flash of light.
After the credits roll, Ofanimon sends Taiga a mail, telling him of a future she saw where he defeated Barbamon. While she didn't know if it was real or just her imagination, it made her need to know Taiga's true power, so she created a special Colosseum floor for him, the Heavenly Hall, with matches with overwhelming power and intensity. She then serves as the receptionist of said floor.
Another Ofanimon is one of Mikagura Mirei's Partner Digimon, and fights alongside her Lilithmon in the "The Highest Possible Combination" Free Battle at the Colosseum. It is also an obtainable Digimon which is evolved from Angewomon or Holy Angemon. It can also be obtained as a collectible card. Its card is part of the Three Archangels (三大天使 Sandaitenshi) set.
Ofanimon is the Partner Digimon of Yagami Hikari. She can be fought in the Colosseum Heavenly Hall Tournament: "Legendary Digimon Battle".
An Ofanimon can be fought in the Heavenly Hall Free Battle: "Greatest Light Tamer", alongside its Tamer, Deva. Winning this awards Taiga an Angel Halo accesory.
