ofani and ophan

Shouldn't it be either "ofanimon is an ofan Digimon" or "ophanimon is an ophan Digimon"? Using "ofanimon" and "ophan" is super inconsistent. Also ofanimon is inconsitent with seraphimon as well.Muur (talk) 11:09, 17 February 2020 (CST)

I don't know if I understood correctly but, Ofanimon comes from "Ofanim", from Hebrew, and "Ophan" is just "Ofanim" in English, so I think it is consistent, since despite the different spelling, the name has a writing in another language. Sam (talk) 06:02, 18 February 2020.

Ophan(im) and Ofan(im) are both valid transliterations of the original Hebrew, but Ophanim seems to be more common. Wikimon uses Ofanimon because it's the romanization used by Bandai on the Reference Book, etc. Tortoiseshel (talk) 19:52, 18 February 2020 (PST)
