Digimon Story: Sunburst[edit]

Koh is the male Protagonist, with this role being considered canon as Sayo shows up in Digimon Story: Super Xros Wars with Waru Seadramon who is exclusive to Digimon Story: Sunburst.

Digimon Story: Moonlight[edit]

Koh first faces Sayo during the Normal Tamer Tournament. However, he is the only Light Fang Tamer to not fall under the Chrono Core's control, although he is confused when his possessed teammates attack Sayo during the "Light Fang Assault" quest, and initially challenges her to battle to punish her for "hurting his friends". Afterward, he escapes Sunshine CITY and allies with Night Claw to save his team, even battling Kowloon Co. with them. They use his Digivice to create an access portal to Sunshine CITY, and he even lends Sayo his Digivice to help her pass through. He eventually attains the rank of Platinum Tamer, and faces off against Sayo in the Legendary Tamer Tournament.
