Digital Monster X-evolution[edit]
- Voice Actor:
Takayama Minami
Alphamon is the final evolution of DORUmon, a Digimon ostracized for possessing the X-Antibody, and the leader of the Royal Knights who was believed to not actually exist. He evolves into Alphamon from the form of DORUguremon as Omegamon is about to strike him, and regains his memories of being a Royal Knight. Alphamon and Omegamon join forces to stop Yggdrasill from completing its plan to delete all Digimon, leaving Magnamon behind.
Alphamon and Omegamon fight Death-X-DORUgoramon, and Alphamon easily defeated it with Digitalize of Soul, before they reach Yggdrasill's chamber. They attempt to destroy Yggdrasill when it refuses to respond to their questions, but are stopped by a sudden attack from Death-X-mon and are overpowered by it, so Alphamon powers up further into Alphamon: Ouryuken.
Digimon Savers[edit]
Alphamon is depicted alongside the other members of the Royal Knights in the second opening, "Hirari", but does not appear within the episodes themselves.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth[edit]
Alphamon, whilst posing as Kuremi Kyoko in the Kuremi Detective Agency, was bored as she had too much free time, and complained about how it didn't matter if her job existed or not. Aiba Takumi got angry at it, saying that they should do their best to solve any potential problems, at any time and place. However, Kyoko only answered that they couldn't earn money without clients and decided to take a nap. Before she could, though, three clients arrived at the agency, and before they could enter, Kyoko sent Takumi to get them tea.
Now sitting down and with tea, the clients explained that their accounts had been stolen in a low floor of Cyberspace EDEN. Takumi realized that it was a case of account hacking, and explained that it was a Hacker act, and they dealt with those in the past. Learning that, the clients asked the detectives for their help, and Kyoko accepted, but gave Takumi alone the job. Takumi tried to complain about it, but Kyoko merely pointed out that it was his forte, and then lied, saying she was very busy to take the work herself. Takumi accepted the job, but told Kyoko that she had to help him, which Kyoko was fine with. Furthermore, she pointed out that it was a suitable job for him since he wanted to beat up the thugs and, because it happened in a low floor, it could be connected to the mysteries about Takumi's body, and he could find clues there, which Takumi had not thought about. With that said, Kyoko painfully slapped Takumi on his back, then Takumi performed a Connect Jump on the Kuremi Detective Agency's monitor.
After the Connect Jump, Takumi found himself in the low floor area, Coulomb. Kyoko contacted him, asking if there was anything suspicious. Looking all around, Takumi found a level 1 firewall. Kyoko asked him if he could handle it, which Takumi was confident he could. After breaking it and being shifted to another location, Takumi was unable to contact Kyoko anymore.
Back at the Kuremi Detective Agency, after Takumi defeated the Demons Hackers and recovered the stolen account data, Kyoko thanked Takumi for a job well done and told him the clients were happy they got their accounts back. However, they still didn't know anything about EDEN Syndrome, the ringleader, or the leader of the Demons.
Digimon Universe Appli Monsters[edit]
Digimon Chronicle X[edit]
Hiragana Digimon: A Tale of the Royal Knights[edit]
While Alphamon is mentioned several times in the manga, he never makes an actual appearance, and is considered to be dead or reincarnated by his allies.
Alphamon makes a cameo in the title page of Episode 1 alongside the rest of the Royal Knights.
Wanyamon pretends he's Alphamon and hits Dynasmon, himself playing to be Demon, with a pretend Ouryūken in the same episode, in "Playing Pretend".
In Episode 2, "Rally", Wanyamon wanted to meet Alphamon but Dynasmon told him it was rare anyone got to see him or even know where he was.
In Episode 4, when Dynasmon and Wanyamon visit Dukemon in "Dukemon", Dukemon says it can sense Alphamon though is seemingly proven wrong as it was visited by Dynasmon. Then, in "Complete", when Wanyamon points out it has 12 autographs and needs Alphamon's, Dynasmon says the other 12 don't know where Alphamon is and figure it was probably dead or had reincarnated as another Digimon. Though not confirmed, this chapter highly implies Wanyamon is actually a reincarnated Alphamon and that Dukemon *had* sensed Alphamon (as Wanyamon).

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth[edit]
- Voice Actor:
Sakamoto Maaya
Kuremi Kyoko became possessed by Alphamon prior to the events of the game, after Kyōko contracted EDEN Syndrome from an Eater attack instigated by Suedou Akemi. It is one of the Royal Knights that sides with the humans, and fights along with you at various points in the game. While posing as Kyoko, Alphamon had a bizarre habit of mixing savory or spicy foods (e.g. mentaiko paste, wasabi etc.) into coffee and had a more masculine speech pattern compared to the real Kyoko.
Alphamon evolves from Cyberdramon or DORUguremon at level 60 with 150 ATK, 170 DEF, 135 INT, 40 ABI, and the case Great Challenge 7 (偉大なる挑戦⑦) cleared. It is also available as a Digimon Medal.
Digimon Soul Chaser[edit]
There are four versions of Alphamon. They evolve into each other.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]
- Voice Actor:
Sakamoto Maaya |
Erica Mendez (DLC version)
Alphamon is one of the Royal Knights. However, as the one who occupies the Empty Seat and a mythical existence, neither Yggdrasill nor Omegamon intended for it to join them in Iliad.
Prior to the side mission "A Stubborn Fighter?", Alphamon told Gankoomon not to act as a Royal Knight and to keep quiet. It didn't understand why the human race should survive and took a different position than Yggdrasill, who wanted to protect humanity.
Alphamon finally appeared after Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan after they got the other 12 Royal Knights to assemble in the side mission "Alpha and Omega". Agumon and Gabumon recognized it though didn't understand why it showed up. Alphamon stated it must test their justice, its hostility surprising Agumon. While Alphamon stated it had met at least a version of them before, and said meeting helped it understand that there were good and evil humans, what it really learned was to continue looking for "justice". It agreed with Gabumon that the friendship between humans and Digimon were real but wanted to ascertain it once again with the Agent as the representative of humanity. Agumon and Gabumon stated they hadn't just played cards while they waited and fused into Omegamon to show the results of their training and pay the Agent for fulfilling their promise of bringing the Royal Knights back together. Alphamon then asked them to show it their "justice".
Alphamon is the boss of the side mission "Alpha and Omega". Other than normal attacks, it can use Heavy Strike III, Angel Ladder III, Mental Break, Acceleration Boost, Seiken Gradalpha and a modified version of Digitalize of Soul that crystalizes the target. It is weak to Fire, Ice and Steel, and resists Earth.
After the fight, Alphamon acknowledged the strength of the bond between humans and Digimon; and Omegamon, in turn, recognized Alphamon's own strength. Alphamon was grateful to see the justice they believed in but knew it still didn't know enough about humans having learned from only one. Alphamon then praised how strong Agumon and Gabumon became thanks to the power of bonds, and wanted to ascertain said power. After that, Alphamon left and Omegamon returned to Agumon and Gabumon, with Gabumon hoping they'll get along better in the future while Agumon wanted them to do their best so Alphamon wouldn't worry. This awards the player the "Royal Knights, Assemble!" trophy/achievement.
All 13 Royal Knights showed up in an Outer Dungeon to save the Agent and Sagisaka Hiroko from Mugendramon in the side mission "An Odd Letter". Omegamon explained they had felt an enormous power and rushed to their aid, though they couldn't all fight in such a small space so they allowed the Agent to choose who'd help them.
Alphamon's personality was significantly changed in the English version of the game, with its conflicted view of humanity's morality changed to outright hatred. Rather than acknowledging its encounter with a version of the Agent in the past, it instead shows anger at humans using Digimon for experiments and justifying it as research, seeing the humans who don't as the exception to the rule. After their fight, it still dislikes humanity, merely accepting to observe for the time being while being ready to attack them should they go astray.
Another Alphamon appeared in Anti-ParadoX where it evolved from DORUmon.
Alphamon is also an obtainable Digimon. It evolves from Grademon or DORUguremon. It can Jogress evolve with Ouryumon into Alphamon: Ouryuken.
