Appearances[edit]
Anime[edit]
Digital Monster X-evolution[edit]
During the siege by the hordes of Death-X-DORUguremon, Tokomon (X-Antibody) wakes up the unconscious DORUgamon. Seeing countless Digimon suffer and perish in the brutal battle, its heated emotions cause it to evolve into DORUguremon. This causes the other resisting Digimon to mistake it for the enemy, much to its own confusion, only for it to become disheartened when seeing its own reflection in the water. Despite its hatred of battle, it nevertheless fights against the swarm of its Death-X counterpart, proving it is not one of them. Before long, Tokomon (X-Antibody) realizes that DORUguremon is still the same friend who took care of it, and War Greymon (X-Antibody) points out to its allies that there must be a deeper reason for DORUguremon's similar appearance.
Dukemon (X-Antibody) then arrives, granting DORUguremon access to the realm of Yggdrasill and requesting it head there, in order to learn the secrets of its creation. Once DORUguremon arrives, Omegamon confronts it and the two begin to battle, despite Omegamon's resolve beginning to waver. DORUguremon stands no chance against Omegamon, rapidly suffering grievous injuries throughout the battle. When Omegamon is about to deliver the deathblow, DORUguremon is overcome with memories of Leomon, Metal Garurumon (X-Antibody), and Dukemon (X-Antibody), finally evolving into its Ultimate form, Alphamon.
