Dark Stone
The Dark Stone (ダークストーン, Dāku Sutōn) is an artifact required to activate D5 in Digimon Xros Wars: The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms. It is created when Dark Knightmon infuses the completed Code Crown with the negative energy gathered from the seven Lands, transforming it into an object imbued with the power of darkness.

The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms[edit]
After obtaining all 108 Code Crown fragments, Bagramon reconstructs the Digital World into seven Lands governed by the Death Generals. The suffering inflicted on their inhabitants generates negative energy, which is collected and used by Dark Knightmon to transform the Code Crown into the Dark Stone.
Before delivering it to Bagramon, Dark Knightmon uses the Dark Stone in conjunction with the Revival Circuit to resurrect the seven Death Generals.[1]
Dark Knightmon subsequently hands the Dark Stone to Bagramon, who absorbs it into his body. Its accumulated energy enables him to initiate D5, his plan to destroy the barriers separating dimensions and merge them into a single world under his control. Activating the stone, Bagramon extends his artificial right arm into the Real World and begins draining its energy. Dark Knightmon attempts to seize control of this power by forcibly DigiXrossing with his brother, but Bagramon ultimately takes control of their combined form, Darkness Bagramon.[2]
During the final battle, the Dark Stone remains within Darkness Bagramon's body. Kudou Taiki uses the Digimon Slingshot to enter it with the sixteen DigiMemories in search of Shoutmon, inadvertently bringing Hinomoto Akari and Cutemon with him.
Inside the stone, the Code Crown fragments reunite, and Shoutmon revives his fallen companions. Taiki and the others escape with the restored Code Crown, which enters his Xros Loader. Its power allows their allies and the Digimon of the Digital World to unite through a Final Xros, forming Shoutmon X7: Superior Mode. After Darkness Bagramon's defeat, Shoutmon and the other Digimon return to the restored Digital World with the Code Crown.[3]
