An Armor-level Mutation Digimon that evolved through the power of the "Digimental of Purity". The "Digimental of Purity" has the attribute of "Plant", and those that don this Digimental have the ability to blend in with nature, conceal themselves within the wind like leaves fluttering, and land precise attacks by emerging from the enemy's blind spots. It can be said that its appearance is definitely that of a ninja. Its Signature Move is spinning the shurikens at the tips of its extendable limbs to attack the enemy (Momiji Oroshi). Its Special Move is throwing the big shuriken on its back at the opponent from high in the air (Kusanagi). ("Kusanagi" and "Momiji Oroshi" are also the names of its shuriken.)

Digimon World: Digital Card Arena[edit]

Shurimon appears in Jungle City's Battle Café after Flame City's second Extra Arena is cleared. However, he won't speak to the player until after Jungle City's second Extra Arena is cleared, which is already open if Shurimon appeared in the Battle Café.

Shurimon is the last opponent of Jungle City's second Extra Arena, the second of the third, and the first of the fourth. As his shurikens are sharp enough to cut through anything, he thinks the player must be 100% ready or else he'll get hurt. He plays the Ninja deck, a Green/Nature and Yellow/Rare deck with 3 attack, 3 defense and 4 evolution speed.

Shurimon is also an obtainable Armor-level Yellow/Rare card. Like the other Armor levels in the game, it can't be put in a deck, and must be Armor Evolved from Hawkmon in-battle. Shurimon's stats at level 1 with no Digi-Parts are:

  • HP: 600
  • Circle attack: 450
  • Triangle attack: 350
  • X attack: 250, X to 0

Holsmon's attacks are Kusanagi, Momiji Oroshi and Tendril Drop.
