An Armor-level Mutation Digimon that evolved through the power of the "Digimental of Purity". It has large flowers blooming from its head and hands, and walks on two feet. It can usually absorb nutrients by planting both feet firmly in the ground while squatting and assuming a pose. Unusually for a Plant-species, it dislikes being under the sun, and instead normally prefers to lie hidden, and loves artificially illuminated spaces. It is characterized by movements and an appearance that make it more noticeable, and even its behavior is gaudy. When it is behaving excitedly in the middle of battle, its method of striking a pose and treating it as its highlight scene possesses enough beauty to make its adversaries momentarily falter. Its Special Moves are violently sweeping the back of its head, then emitting a blinding, stinging light from the faces on its hands that knocks out the opponent while they're fascinated by the beauty of that storm of petals (Sakura Fubuki), and making a circle with its head, sharply tapering the petals on its head where the force accumulated due to the centrifugal force, then piercing them into the opponent like shuriken (Renjishi).

Digimon Adventure:[edit]

A Kabukimon serves Tonosama Gekomon in "The Geko Hot Springs' Revolt". Kido Joe, Gomamon, Takaishi Takeru, Patamon, Yagami Hikari and Tailmon met him while searching for the hot springs, and he led them towards Tonosama Gekomon who had the only existing hot spring now. However, he was tricking them, as he had no intention of letting them go into the hot springs, which only Tonosama Gekomon could use.

Kabukimon fought Yagami Taichi and Greymon after Tonosama Gekomon and his lackeys were led to the fake hot springs. He was beaten easily by Metal Greymon's Giga Destroyer, followed by Zudomon's Hammer Spark. Afterwards, he entered the new, free hot springs alongside his people after being invited by Joe, who believed hot springs should be free. As such, Kabukimon and the rest of Tonosama Gekomon's servants now considered Joe their lord.

Kabukimon, alongside the rest of the hot springs Digimon, reappeared in "Vikemon Ventures the Glaciers". After their hot springs went dry, Joe decided to lead them to a new, warm place as described by Kabukimon. However, they instead ended up going through an extremely cold, snowy area, and would've died there had Tachikawa Mimi and the Digimon of Babamon's school not appeared to save them with their Blimpmon. Said Blimpmon was then attacked by Olegmon and his pirate crew, who wanted to take their food.

Olegmon and his crew of Hangyomon and Gawappamon, alongside the Babamon Digimon School students Bancho Mamemon, several Tanemon and Lalamon, and Joe's servants and friends Tonosama Gekomon, Kabukimon, Blossomon, Nanimon, Gekomon and Dondokomon, reacted to the attack of a group of Soundbirdmon in "The Angels' Determination"

After Negamon was finally defeated in "The End of the Adventure", Olegmon and Tonosama Gekomon drank with each other on a ship as Kabukimon, Dondokomon, a Hangyomon and a Gawappamon partied, with a Gekomon, two Nanimon and Blossomon being with them as well.
