Hell's Field (ヘルズフィールド, Heruzu Fīrudo; Dub: Digital Underworld) is an area beneath Bright Land that serves as a battlefield in Digimon Xros Wars: The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms.
Description[edit]
Hell's Field contains countless hexagonal battlefields, each reflecting a different human interpretation of the underworld. Among them are a fiery plain, a field of spikes and the Red Sea of Death. The Red Sea of Death can dissolve Digimon submerged in it.
A white castle and a black castle stand at opposite ends of the field. Communications are disrupted throughout Hell's Field, but the stones in the castles allow messages to be exchanged between them. The castles serve as bases for the opposing forces during the battle between Taiki Kudou and Amano Yuu.
Hell's Field's energy can also be used in a DigiXros. Yuu combines Tuwarmon with Deadly Axemon, several of Apollomon: Whispered's subordinate Digimon and the field's energy to create Deadly Tuwarmon Hell Mode. Later, Apollomon: Whispered uses Hell's Field's energy in a DigiXros involving Lilithmon and Blastmon. This creates Majuu Lilithmon and destroys much of the field, including the Red Sea of Death. A black hole produced by Majuu Lilithmon threatens to destroy what remains.

Digimon Xros Wars: The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms[edit]
After Apollomon: Whispered sends Taiki and his allies to Hell's Field, Yuu contacts them through the stone in the black castle. He challenges them to a battle between their armies, setting the opposing castles as their targets. The general whose army loses its leader is declared the loser.
Yuu treats the conflict as a game and does not believe that Digimon can truly die. Aonuma Kiriha uses the battle to make him confront the consequences of his actions. During the fight, Yuu's DigiXros with Hell's Field's energy further empowers his forces.
