Kagefumi lives in Yongendōri and is friends with Kayo. He is the Cyber Arena's B Rank Master. His right eye is hidden by his bangs. After losing to Naoto he was seriously bullied on the Internet, which eventually led him to became a Hikikomori. His dream is to become an architect, which is his father's profession.
