| Fitting for its racing motif, Racemon takes inspiration from The Tortoise and the Hare, one of Aesop's Fables. Racemon represents both animals of the story, having a hare-like face with lights on its helmet that look like rabbit ears, and a tortoise shell on its back. Its second attack, Lazy Rabbit, is also named after the hare, or rabbit, protagonist of the story.

Racemon can be found at Mihama Port. He calls himself the #1 top speedster. In the quest "Mihama Gang's Trial: News", Kosomon sent Kazuki/Itsuki to look for him to obtain something newsworthy he could use in his secret forums app. Upon talking to him, Racemon introduced himself then challenged Kazuki/Itsuki to a race, where Racemon would run around the area while using Accel Drive and Kazuki/Itsuki had to catch him in 60 seconds. Kazuki/Itsuki's success left them tired and Racemon surprised, as he had never been outsped before. Kosomon also got the information immediately and posted it in his secret forums app. Regardless, Racemon wanted to go again and asked Kazuki/Itsuki to come back when they were free.
From there on, Kazuki/Itsuki can challenge Racemon to a race once per day.
