Chaos AR-Field (カオスＡＲフィールド, Kaosu Ē Ā Fīrudo) is an especially dangerous class of AR-Field that forms when a regular AR-Field becomes cut off from the network, allowing negative information to accumulate due to the appearance of Chaos Gates throughout the Real World. As a result, communications within the Cyber Arena are disrupted. It is later revealed that Appmon that come into contact with these fields become infected and receive a power boost, ultimately causing them to run wild.

- In the Digimon Card Game, the Chaos AR-Field can be seen in the background of the cards BT25-070 and BT25-072.
