Appliarise
| |||||||
Appliarise (アプリアライズ, Apuriaraizu; Dub: App-realize[1]), a play on the words "app/application", "arise" and "realize", is the process in which an Appmon materializes from its Appmon Chip; this can be done through the use of a device such as the Appli Drive. For this to happen, the Appmon Chip must be in an active state; non-active Appmon Chips cannot be Appliarised.
Depending on the type of Appmon Chip used, Appliarise can refer either to the materialization of an Appmon in the Real World or to a form of evolution. With ordinary Appmon Chips, Appliarise simply causes the corresponding Appmon to materialize. However, when a Chip created from a Fusion App is used, Appliarise functions as an evolution into a higher Grade. This allows an Appli Driver to evolve their Appmon without performing AppGattai, provided that the required Chip has been activated.
If an Appmon is Appliarised through an Appli Drive DUO, its power will be 1.5 times higher than usual.
While a Standard Grade Appmon materializing from its Appmon Chip is merely called "Appliarise", for higher Grades, the name of the Grade is put before the term itself.
- A Super Grade Appmon's Appliarise is called Super Appliarise (「超アプリアライズ」)
- An Ultimate Grade Appmon's Appliarise is called Ultimate Appliarise (「極アプリアライズ」)
- A God Grade Appmon's Appliarise is called God Appliarise (「神アプリアライズ」)

Digimon Universe Appli Monsters[edit]
Appliarising in the game refers to two different mechanics related to Appmon Chips. In battle, the Appli Drive will scream "Appliarise!" and the Appmon will be shown appearing, while in menus, a textbox saying "Appliarised!" will be shown instead:
- Obtaining a new Appmon Chip, regardless of method, causes them to Appliarise.
- At the start of a battle, Kazuki/Itsuki must Appliarise one of their Appmon. They can also do it every turn, at the cost of said turn.
Appliarising certain Appmon for the first time cause their Apps to appear on the Home screen of the menu, either as new apps or upgrades to existing ones, giving the player new options or improving existing ones.
Unlike in other media, no higher versions of Appliarising exist. Regardless of the Grade of the Appmon Chip, the Appli Drive will merely state "Appliarise!".
