Caught-Up Old Man is a recurring minor character in Digimon Universe Appli Monsters. He is often inconvenienced by Appmon actions. As a running gag in the series, he often screams "No!" when something bad happens as a result of what happened to him during an Appmon battle. He'll also scream "Oh my god!" at times.

The Caught-Up Old Man is a recurring comedic figure in the series who appears in many episodes, although he rarely interacts with the other characters. He relies on technology for nearly everything, both at work and in his personal life, and as a result is often affected by the actions of Appmon infected with the L-Virus, sometimes in the most unlikely ways. He is shown working in a variety of occupations, including delivery driver, chauffeur, soccer player, train conductor, surgeon, and many others. Whenever something goes wrong, he almost invariably shouts, "Nooooo!".
