Waffle OS (ワッフルＯＳ, Waffuru OS), is a smartphone OS developed by Waffle Inc. in the United States. It boasts a 70% share of the world market. The latest-known model is the Waffle OS11 (Version Eleven).

The OS itself is contaminated with Virusmon's L-Virus by Mienumon, resulting in the virus spreading all over the world. Although Virusmon is exterminated by Globemon, its market share is greatly reduced due to this incident.
