An infected Warudamon protected one of the four password digits of the Nikotamagawa Chaos Gate.

Warudamon is the Buddy Appmon of Kayo. She uses them as her first Appmon in the Rankers Match tournament in the postgame.

Another Warudamon is the Buddy Appmon of a young woman who serves as the final battle of the Trial (EX4) tournament. She wants to destroy all God Appmon so Warudamon can reign eternally as the only God, a reference to Warudamon's anti-God Appmon abilities. Clearing the Trial (EX4) awards Kazuki/Itsuki 80 Warudamon Fragments.
