As a Digimon that combines the special qualities of the two, it is a multitype warrior capable of fully demonstrating those abilities in any given situation. It is equipped with a sword and shield on its War Greymon-shaped left arm, and a cannon and missiles on its Metal Garurumon-shaped right arm. The cape on its back is automatically deployed when dodging an opponent's attack, or when it is flying. Its Special Move is freezing the opponent with the frigid shots it fires from the Metal Garurumon-shaped cannon (Garuru Cannon). Also, its left arm is equipped with the "Grey Sword". The effect on Omegamon's Digicore due to the X-Antibody Theoretically, it is impossible for other Digimon to defeat Omegamon. This is due to its acquisition of the "Omega inForce", an ultimate force which, in battle, is able to instantaneously read ahead and respond accordingly. It is an ability that draws out and raises Omegamon's combat sense and potential to their utmost limits in all situations. Also, in battles concerning Network Security which it cannot afford to lose, it invokes its Special Move "All Delete" from its "Grey Sword". Anything that comes in contact with the edges of the "Grey Sword" while "All Delete" is invoked are not cut, but erased. Digital Monster X-evolution

After Alphamon: Ouryuken's sacrifice against Death-X-mon, Omegamon gains Alphamon: Ouryuken's X-Antibody, becomes Omegamon (X-Antibody), and sees Yggdrasill's actions for what they are. Omegamon (X-Antibody) destroys Yggdrasill with All Delete, resetting the Digital World. After the battle, he shares a few words with Dukemon (X-Antibody).

After being defeated by Doumoto Kouta and DORUgoramon, Omegamon is forced to take the X-Antibody himself in order to survive. By doing so, it evolves into Omegamon (X-Antibody), and by using its All Delete it defeats DORUgoramon. This triggers its evolution into Death-X-DORUgoramon, who then evolves into Death-X-mon. Omegamon (X-Antibody) tries to fight it in order to protect the New Digital World from destruction, but none of its abilities work on it.

Omegamon appears in the Lament of the X-Antibody chapter (慟哭のＸ抗体編 Dōkoku no X-Kōtai-hen) in order to find out Yggdrasill's true intentions. Based on what is hinted in the game, it may be the same as the one of Digital Monster X-evolution. It is also an obtainable Digimon, which is evolved from Omegamon. It can also be obtained as a collectible card.
