Digimon World[edit]
Yuramon appears as an obtainable Digimon in Digimon World. When your Digimon fades away, it will be reborn into one of the four Digitama Jijimon offers to you. If the pink spotted Digitama is chosen, Yuramon will hatch out of the Digitama.
A Yuramon NPC resides in the Village of Beginnings in front of Jijimon's House, though it can only be seen in the Morning and Afternoon. Yuramon often guides and hints the Player to where to go next, as talking to him is vital for recruiting Coelamon, rumouring about crossing the invisible bridge in the Great Canyon and warning the Player about a band of thieves lurking around the Great Canyon attacking passersbys and set up an operating base there.
Yuramon evolves into Tanemon after 6 in-game hours have passed, with no necessary conditions required.

Digimon Adventure[edit]
Takaishi Takeru and Patamon found newly-born Botamon, Punimon and Yuramon in the Village of Beginnings in Episode 17, "Adventure! Patamon and I".
A Botamon, a Punimon and a Yuramon disappeared from the Village of Beginnings in Sub-Episode 7, "Where are the Digimon?", worrying Elecmon and causing him and the Chosen Children to look for them, as they suspected they had been kidnapped. After they found the babies, Elecmon wondered why they went away from the Village of Beginnings if they were safe and not kidnapped. Returning to the Village of Beginnings, Elecmon asked the babies why they left, and they answered that they left because they were practicing a song in secret to thank Elecmon for taking care of them, which was enough to get Elecmon crying. Elecmon then thanked the Chosen Children for their help and gave them a Skill Release DigiPiece, which gives the equipped Digimon the technique of the same name which undoes Skill Seal in one ally. He then told them they could come back to the Village of Beginnings whenever they wanted.
Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode[edit]
A Yuramon at the Restaurant in the Village of Beginnings wants to become the biggest and strongest, but for that, it needs money to buy food. Taiga gives it enough money to buy food for two days (1000 bits). It then evolves into Whamon off-screen.
A Yuramon is amazed at Guilmon's statue close to the Colosseum and wants to make one itself but doubted it could. When Taiga assured it, it got excited and evolved into Budmon, though it considered that evolution not good enough and too far from art so it went on a journey.
A Yuramon close to the Restaurant loves cannons. If Digimaru has a cannon (be it naturally or as an accessory), Yuramon gets jealous and fired up, then evolves into Z'd Garurumon.
