A Digimon whose whole body is covered in flames of darkness that burn quietly. As it is the form of a Flare Lizamon that evolved into a Virus-type, it has a cool-headed personality. Its Special Move is incinerating the enemy's spirit with flames of darkness (Dread Fire).

Dark Lizamon is a wild Digimon who realized in an enclosed parking lot and was being fought by Takato and Guilmon. Hypnos stepped in, capturing Dark Lizamon to use in experiments with their new Digimon-deleting technology.

Digimon Ghost Game[edit]

Dark Lizamon first appears in "The Prision of Fire" with Saberdramon. He reveals that they were both sent to the Human World randomly, and just wanted to go back to the Digital World. One day there was a fire in a house, and Dark Lizamon and Saberdramon used their power to help a human to survive, but the human didn't follow their instructions and ended up dying accidentally by Dark Lizamon's technique Dread Fire. After that, the human's family and neighbors started to blame and curse the two Digimon. They then set off in search of Amanokawa Hiro, trying to find Black Tailmon Uver.'s whereabouts. After an intense battle with Gammamon, Black Tailmon appears and opens a portal to them so they can go home.

A Dark Lizamon is part of Phelesmon's army, as shown in Wizarmon's flashback in "Witchelny's Disaster".

After Leomon and Wizarmon took care of the Evilmon swarm in "Infiltrate the Demon Castle", the ground then shook due to a Darkside Quake from Minotaurmon, who appeared alongside Dark Lizamon and Cyclomon to punish those who defied Phelesmon. Mojyamon challenged Dark Lizamon, blocking their Dread Fire with his Icicle Rod. Mojyamon won the fight in "Wizarmon's Future".

  • DP: 30
  • +P: +10
  • Circle attack: 330

Dark Lizamon's attacks are Dread Fire, Snipe Fang and Dark Pain.
