It is said that it is a Boogiemon that advanced and evolved, but the details are still uncertain. Its Signature Move is changing the opponent into a black stone statue (Black Statue). Its Special Move is driving the enemy to insanity with a curse-filled shout (Demon's Shout).

Digimon Ghost Game[edit]

Phelesmon first appears in "The Fortuneteller's Manor". He appeared in a fortune-telling tent where he predicted people's future, causing fear hallucinations. The energy produced by the humans' fear helped to gradually materialize his Boogiemon servants, ending with the petrification of their victims for his collection of statues. He reveals that his plan was to consume the human world. Symbare Angoramon, Betel Gammamon, and Tesla Jellymon confront him, but he flees, promising to attack again in the future.
