Anime[edit]
Digimon Frontier[edit]
When Lucemon: Falldown Mode is beaten in the Dark Area and scanned by Susanoomon, only his holy data is scanned. His dark data appeared as a black Digitama and absorbed the Dark Area to become Lucemon: Satan Mode, who now carried a miniature version of the Dark Area (Gehenna) with Lucemon: Larva inside it. He continues with his plan to reach the Real World. When the Chosen Children try and fight him, he just heals and continues on. Susanoomon comes again and tries to fight him, but Lucemon blasts him away with Purgatorial Flame attack. But when all of the Chosen Children combine into Susanoomon and fight him again just when he was reaching the Real World, they could drag him back to the Digital World. He tries to kill Susanoomon with Divine Atonement but he survived and broke into Gehenna, destroying it by knocking Lucemon Larva out of the sphere and causing the Satan Mode to go berserk. Susanoomon finished Satan Mode off, but Lucemon Larva lived on and tried to attack Susanoomon once again only to be destroyed completely.
Digimon Xros Wars & The Evil Death General and the Seven Kingdoms[edit]
After Lucemon: Falldown Mode was defeated, he degenerated to Lucemon before evolving to Satan Mode ("Miraculous DigiXros! Shoutmon X5 Flies!").

Novel[edit]
Digimon Liberator[edit]
In "WE CAN BE HEROES", after Ryutaro Williams evolved his Partner Digimon, Tyranomon, as EX8-014 Master Tyranomon to EX8-016 Dinomon, Aruba Dokuson evolved his BT18-082 Lucemon: Falldown Mode into BT18-101 Lucemon: Satan Mode, then used its effect to play a BT18-086 Lucemon: Larva from his trash to his raising zone and delete Ryutaro's Dinomon by striking him with Gehenna. However, Dinomon shattered Gehenna from inside and survived thanks to his Indomitable effect, then triggered his When Played effect to delete the suspended Satan Mode, but Aruba stopped it with Lucemon: Larva's effect, moving it to the battle area to stop a Lucemon: Satan Mode from leaving the field. Aruba then triggered Satan Mode's End of Both Players' Turn effect to delete Ryutaro's last security, though he was unfazed about it.
A second Lucemon: Satan Mode was in Aruba's security. It was destroyed by a second EX8-016 Dinomon, whose DP was increased to 18000, alongside two other unnamed security cards. Ryutaro then won the battle by attacking with his other Dinomon.

Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode[edit]
Lucemon: Satan Mode appears as the final boss in the Scheme of the Demon Lords chapter (策謀の魔王篇 Sakubō no Maō-hen). It was Barbamon's plan to force Lucemon to take this form by infusing him with the power of the Seven Great Demon Lords, then let him loose into the Real World. Demon takes over this plan after killing Barbamon, however, it's ultimately Lucemon: Falldown Mode himself who causes the evolution by killing Demon with a Dead or Alive then absorbing the power of the Seven Great Demon Lords he had taken. However, even after that, he still wished for more food and nutrition, which he wanted to take from the weakened Shinomiya Rina. Titamon took Satan Mode's attack to protect Rina. As he faded away, he told Rina about how much he enjoyed their meal together, the only time he's ever felt like he fit in and the only good memory he had, and what allowed him to finally show courage. He asked her to stop Lucemon, for the sake of the Digital World. Rina was angry at his sacrifice and wished she could do something, but her body wouldn't listen to her, so she gave the power she had left to Taiga so he'd save both worlds.
Lucemon: Satan Mode proclaimed he was death and would kill everyone, to save the world which had nothing but pain in it. This battle awards Taiga a Lucemon Larva card. After Lucemon: Satan Mode is defeated, the distortion disappears. Lucemon's Digicore, now golden, appears from the fading Satan Mode's corpse and regains the form of Lucemon.
It can only be obtained as a collectible card. Its card is part of the The Strongest and Wickedest Demon Lords (最強最悪の魔王 Saikyō Saiaku no Maō) set.
