White Core
The White Core (白のコア Shiro no Koa) is a cube-like object featured in Digimon Beatbreak.
It can store limitless e-Pulse and enhance the abilities of its host.[1]. It was later revealed that the White Core originally was the Partner Digimon of Tenma Asuka, Helios Boamon.[2]
Overview[edit]
The White Core is a cube-like object, smaller than the palm of an adult man. It has white borders and every side is glass-like, allowing the view of a bluish-white energy sphere with a black sun-like aura inside of it made of black e-Pulse. It's held by a chain that connects to one of its edges. Rose Woodville describes it as beautiful, yet ominous.[1] After Kuroshio Souji filled the White Core with his black e-Pulse, the black e-Pulse filled the White Core completely except for the white sphere.[3]
When the White Core obtains a new human host, the chain used to grab it greatly increases in length and attaches to the host's arm. At the same time, the host sees a white, glowing snake that tries to eat them. The White Core then takes their e-Pulse and glows in a sinister black light. When in use, the White Core once again takes the user's e-Pulse into itself.[1]
Abilities[edit]
- Amplifies its host's e-Pulse, allowing them to:
- Turn a Digimon giant.[4]
- Control several Perfect-level Digimon at once.[1]
- Brainwash Digimon into servitude, breaking the original Owner's connection with their Sapotama.[1] However, a more powerful e-Pulse from the original Owner can reestablish their original connection.[3]
- Rapidly evolve a Digimon from Baby I to Perfect.[5]

Digimon Beatbreak[edit]
The White Core shone from Mephismon after they fell to their knees in "Kind Magic". It also allowed Mephismon to become a giant. After Mephismon was defeated by Tenma Tomoro and Monarch Lizamon and devolved into Mokumon, the White Core escaped their body.
Chairman Wong told Rose Woodville about the White Core in "Hollow Thirst". He explained he had been looking for it for a long time. However, he refused to give any more information, with Kanada Genjo merely adding it was needed for Project Shangri-La. However, Wong did tell her that this was not to be known to anyone but the three of them, not even the rest of the Five Planets or Rose's most loyal allies. Rose then swore to get Wong the White Core. As the White Core and Tenma Asuka's e-Pulse (which Gokuwmon held) were needed for Project Shangri-La, Genjo asked Wong to order him to get it, but Wong wanted Genjo to act only if Rose failed.
Later on, Kishiwada Kanchi recovered the White Core from the Mirror World area where Mephismon was defeated, to give to to its next host, Kuroshio Souji, who he believed would make good use of it due to his unique e-Pulse. After giving it to him, the White Core attached to his arm, giving him a vision of a white, glowing snake eating him. Kishiwada then encouraged Souji to test its powers taking control Splashmon, to attack Rose and Lilamon. Despite finding herself at a disadvantage fighting both Splashmon and Marin Devimon, which he could control at once, Rose still intended to take the White Core, though Souji refused to give it to her. After Lilamon was beaten down by both of Souji's Partner Digimon, Souji used the White Cube to amplify his e-Pulse and force it into Lilamon, brainwashing them into servitude and healing their wounds.
After Murasamemon devolved Marin Devimon into Pitchmon in "Lip Service", Souji used the White Core to charge their Sapotama with his black e-Pulse, driving Pitchmon berserk and allowing them to quickly evolve into Pukamon, Ganimon, Gesomon, and finally Marin Devimon once more.
Souji used the White Core to control his three Perfect Digimon to fight the Glowing Dawn trio, then Sawashiro Kyo and Murasamemon, in "A Golden Tomorrow". After Murasamemon defeated Souji's Partner Digimon, he used the White Core to take control of Monarch Lizamon, Bearcatmon and Scourge Chiropmon. However, his hold over them was broken by their connection with their original Owners (Tomoro, Sakuya Reina and Kuonji Makoto), which caused a backlash in the colours of their e-Pulse to come out of the White Core and push Souji off a cliff. After Souji came back, he used the White Core alongside his black e-Pulse, powered even further by his trauma, to force Pitchmon to evolve once more into a massive Marin Devimon.
After Habakirimon hit Souji and Marin Devimon with his Habakiri, Souji separated from the White Core, which was then taken back by Kishiwada, who pointed out how blackened it became, then left in a whirlpool.
Kishiwada gave the perfected White Core to Chairman Wong in "Cherry Blossom Friendship" in exchange for a place in the Five Planets. Wong then explained to Genjo and Kishiwada that the White Core was transformed from Helios Boamon, the Partner Digimon of Asuka, a Digimon that rivaled the Digimon behind the Kano Island incident. Wong and Genjo then brought Helios Boamon back through the black e-Pulse, destroying the White Core in the process.
