Digimon Beatbreak[edit]
Seiji was the current CEO of the Kuonji Industries. When one of his sons Kuonji Makoto's Sapotama awakened to Chiropmon, Kuonji Tsukasa told him about it. Enraged, Seiji demanded Makoto to hand the Digimon to the Ministry of Civil Protection for extermination. He refused to comply and was kicked out of the Shangri-La Egg, where he lived with his grandfather and was scouted by Sawashiro Kyo shortly after.
When GIFT was active, one of his employees Hosho Riku left to join the cult, but returned to the Shangri-La Egg to steal important company data from him and wreck havoc. Seiji promised him that if he could slay Chiropmon for him, he will spare him and let him go. He then lured Glowing Dawn into the Shangri-La Egg to try get Chiropmon killed. Once Glowing Dawn meets him and leaves to get request passes to the attack site, Seiji goes to release Riku off-screen. After Makoto defeats Riku's Helloogarmon, Seiji was put to questioning for being complicit in the GIFT attack.
He reappears during "Bug", where he was released from custody off-screen and was watching Chairman Wong's broadcast alongside Tsukasa. When they were watching said broadcast, it displays footage of Riku's Loogarmon fighting Chiropmon. In "Two Beats", he was Cold Hearted (either through the Circle of Amplification or the rampaging Digimon) alongside all other residents in the Shangri-La Egg.
In "A World of Light", the Kuonji Industries were partially responsible for reforming the World Union and his Sapotama was shown to give birth to a Zurumon, implying that he might had been changed his views towards Digimon.
