Damedabose is a recurring antagonist in Digimon World 2. He's a high-ranking officer of the Blood Knights who has known Crimson for a long time and considers him his friend.

Bertran cornered Damedabose in Resist Hole 7F. However, before he could fight him, Akira defeated him and moved on to confront Damedabose, who wondered what had happened to Bertran. Akira was ready to destroy Damedabose, but he merely laughed at the Guard Tamer as he introduced himself as the invincible Don of the Blood Knights and decided to beat Akira to make an example out of him to the rest of the Guard Tamers. However, his attitude merely made Akira doubt if he truly was a high-ranking member of the Blood Knights.

Damedabose is the true boss of Resist Hole. He uses a team of Platinum Scumon, Waru Monzaemon and Nanimon. During this fight, Platinum Scumon can use Trance Mesmer, Waru Monzaemon can use Heartbreak Attack, and all three of them can use Unchi.

Damedabose was shocked at his defeat but Akira was just left thinking he was too weak for a boss. Damedabose angrily told him to shut up and how he was letting him go this time but not the next, so he should train hard, before leaving. Akira could not stop him and was left doubtful about Damedabose's claims. He then found the Red Orders on the floor, an order to search for the Archive Ship, which he took.

Akira met again with Damedabose in the 11th floor of Ergono Hole. Both remembered each other, and Damedabose then praised Akira's luck for finding Ergono Hole only to point out said luck had run out as he would now defeat Akira. Akira was unfazed though and sure he'd win again, though Damedabose claimed he had just been playing around last time.

Damedabose is the boss of Ergono Hole. He uses a team of Etemon, Jyureimon and Orgemon. During this fight, Etemon can use Love Serenade, Jyureimon can use Cherry Bomb, and Orgemon can use Haouken.

Damedabose was shocked at his loss and decided to "let off" Akira for his braveness this time, promising it'd be the last. Akira was surprised that such a coward was a high-ranking Blood Knight.

Akira and Damedabose clashed for the third time in Decode Hole 11F. Damedabose claimed that, the moment he learned a Tamer had Decode Hole, he knew it had to be Akira, his archenemy, and claimed he'd stop him. Akira, from his part, was just tired of Damedabose.

Damedabose is a boss of Decode Hole. He uses a team of Atlur Kabuterimon, Pinochimon and Red Vegimon. During this fight, Atlur Kabuterimon can use Thunder Ray and Horn Buster, Pinochimon can use Bullet Hammer, and Red Vegimon can use Hazard Breath.

Damedabose repeated the same act as always after his latest defeat. He also refused to acknowledge he was running away and justified it as a tactical retreat, which Akira was too dumb to understand.

In Floor 17 of Bug Bug Hole, Akira heard a voice he immediately recognized as Damedabose welcoming him to his Hole. Akira pointed out he hadn't seen him lately and Damedabose angrily explained he wasn't allowed to go to File Island after repeatedly losing to Akira, which the Guard Tamer mocked. This only angered Damedabose further and incensed him to get revenge to regain his honour and glory. Akira didn't want to fight him again, but he had no choice.

Damedabose is the final boss of Bug Bug Hole. He uses a team of Gerbemon, Gran Kuwagamon and Ex-Tyranomon. During this fight, Gerbemon can use Unchi Bazooka, Gran Kuwagamon can use Scissor Arms Ω and Dimension Scissor, and Ex-Tyranomon can use Pretty Attack.

After losing, Damedabose did his usual routine of complaining about losing again, damning Akira's strength, and leaving. Akira wondered if he was going to be fine.

In Floor 17 of Spool Hole, Akira heard a voice he immediately recognized as Damedabose claiming he'd win this time. He then said he'd take care of Akira.

Damedabose is the final boss of Spool Hole. He uses a team of Waru Monzaemon, Etemon and Gerbemon. During this fight, Waru Monzaemon can use Heartbreak Attack, Etemon can use Love Serenade, and Gerbemon can use Unchi Bazooka.

After the fight, Damedabose was left lamenting how he lost again despite giving it his all. Akira told him he needed to train much more which made Damedabose leave in anger at being told he wasn't good enough, swearing revenge once more. Akira wished he'd just give up instead of constantly doing that then running away.

Back in Digital City, at the Main Gate, Akira wondered where Crimson was hiding. He then saw a Black Sword Tamer mocking Digital City's security and wondering where he'd set up his next bomb. However, upon seeing Estina Violet, he ran away, pushing Akira out of his way. Akira asked Estina what was happening but she merely told him she was in a hurry and left. Akira, who realized the "Black Sword Tamer" was Damdedabose from his voice, decided to follow them to the Colosseum, where Damedabose complained about not being allowed to enter the Colosseum as he lacked an Entry Pass, then nearly revealed his identity. He then tried to push Akira out of his way until he realized who Akira was, which made him talk much more politely to him. To make him confess, Akira called him "Commander Damedabose", which Damedabose instinctively answered to. Quickly realizing his error, he ran away to the Tamer Club. where Akira confronted him once more. Damedabose complimented Akira for seeing through his disguise, which both agreed was perfect, but Akira pointed out his voice gave him away. Damedabose cried about his "gentlemanly" voice. He then changed out of his disguise as it was of no use to him anymore and he preferred his Blood Knights uniform. Akira waved that off and instead asked him what he was doing in Digital City. Damedabose answered that he couldn't face Crimson anymore after so many defeats so he instead placed time bombs in the City to blow it up, triggered by a button in his DigiBeetle Browser. Estina, who had found all the bombs and gotten Factory Manager Maisto's team to take them apart, then showeed up alongside a Tamer of each Guard Team and ordered Damedabose to give up. Damedabose refused to do it, however, instead threatening to use his karate on all the Guard Tamers, only for it to completely fail him. With no options left, he finally surrendered and the Guard Tamers took him to their Leaders.
