Boss Digimon

A Boss Digimon is the final boss of a Hole in Digimon World 2. They're leaders of Wild Digimon who hate humans and non-Wild Digimon and, as such, are the main targets for Guard Tamers to destroy as they intend to harm or destroy Digital City and other peaceful settlements. Each Boss Digimon rules over their Hole from the deepest, highest place in it, and must be defeated to continue the game.

While some Boss Digimon fight alone, most fight alongside two other Digimon. These do not appear in the overworld and have no story relevance. Also, while Boss Digimon and their teams will always have their signature move, they may have moves of other Digimon as well. Nearly every Boss Digimon is fought over a Specialty Floor that benefits them.
