Starmons

Profile Name & Etymology Debut Digimon Reference Book Digimon Life Anime & Manga ⇨ Original The "Starmons" are composed of a corps of several Pickmon with a Starmon at their heart. The will of the corps is at the discretion of Starmon, the Head of the corps, and the Head's decisions are briskly and unconditionally followed by the Pickmon, keeping them from falling out of line as they maneuver according to Starmon's directions. The complex maneuvers required by the corps techniques "Meteor Squall" and "Wish Upon a Star" are made possible by their strict hierarchical system. As Starmon has a cheerful, showy personality, it is an extreme optimist. Basically, it never gets depressed, and if it even seems depressed it seems to only be thinking things like, "I may be down, but I look good, don't I?" Because of that, even though it is taken lightly by other Digimon, it certainly doesn't worry about itself at all. デジモン図鑑 ⇨ Original The "Starmons" are composed of a corps of several Pickmon with a Starmon at their heart. Digimon Story: Super Xros Wars Blue & Red

Starmons appear as members of Xros Heart in both versions. During the opening sequence in Canyon Yard, Starmon and the Pickmon reunite with Taiki's party alongside Zenjirou after being threatened by Goblimon in Blue, or Pico Devimon in Red. Taiki's group defeats the ROG agent and rescues them.

During the opening part of the adventure, an object resembling a sword prompts Starmon to discuss Weapon Digimon. However, it admits that it has never seen one itself, so its initial identification does not establish the object's true nature.

After Xros Heart establishes its base at Sky Fort, the Pickmon report Chibickmon missing and fear that it has been kidnapped. This prompts Taiki and his companions to search for it, eventually finding it enjoying Minervamon's company. When Chibickmon returns to Sky Fort after the battle with Spinomon, Starmon and the Pickmon scold it for leaving.

Following the final battle against Omega Armamon Burst Mode, Starmon is present at Sky Fort when Taiki and Shoutmon recover after being sent there by Spadamon. It participates in the exchange surrounding Shoutmon's recovery.

Starmon is an obtainable Digimon and can participate in several DigiXros combinations with its teammates. It combines with Shoutmon to form Shoutmon + Star Sword, with Shoutmon, Ballistamon, and Dorulumon to form Shoutmon X4, and with those three Digimon and Beelzebumon to form Shoutmon X4B. Adding Spadamon instead produces Shoutmon X4S, while adding Sparrowmon produces Shoutmon X5.

These combinations are also available through DigiFusion after obtaining their corresponding DigiScores. Starmon provides the DigiScore for Shoutmon + Star Sword, whose DigiFusion requires Shoutmon and Starmon, Level 11, and 45 Speed.
