Digimon Xros Wars & The Evil Death General and the Seven Kingdoms

The Pickmons are inhabitants of the Village of Smiles in the Green Zone, and are friends of Shoutmon. They joined Xros Heart at the time of its formation.

Digimon Adventure:

Some yellow and rare Pickmon and Elecmon (Violet) were victims of Mephismon, who tried to kidnap them to sacrifice them to Millenniumon. The yellow ones are incorrectly stated to be Chibickmon in their Digimon Analyzer screen.

Some yellow and rare Pickmon are part of a village formed by Digimon whose own villages were destroyed by Zanbamon before "The Gold Wolf of the Crescent Moon".

A Red Vegimon, a Zassoumon, a Scumon, an Elecmon, two Elecmon (Violet), two Karatuki Numemon, a Penmon, a Tocanmon, a Kokuwamon, a Betamon, a Sepikmon, a Dokunemon, a Kamemon, a Gizamon, a Shamamon, a Goburimon, a Floramon, a Ganimon, a Delumon, a Pipismon, a Gokimon, an Insekimon, a Bombmon, a yellow Pickmon, a Tuchidarumon, a Starmon, a Sunflowmon, an Unimon, a Swanmon, a Revolmon and Gravimon, reacted to the attack of a group of Soundbirdmon in "The Angels' Determination".

After Negamon was finally defeated in "The End of the Adventure", Lopmon, on top of a Jyureimon, with both the red and his grey Komondomon sleeping behind them, told a group of Budmon and Woodmon how the world where humans live was beyond the sky, past the Network, and that was where the Chosen Children came from. Woodmon then asked if it was to protect them, but Leomon, who was with a Bearmon, several yellow and a rare Pickmon, and two Yukimi Botamon, thought that they came to the Digital World to become their friends. One of the Yukimi Botamon was confused about this, and Leomon clarified that they fought in order to protect their friends, which made the Yukimi Botamon want to go to the Real World. The Yukimi Botamon then asked Leomon what happened to the Chosen Children after that, and Leomon answered that they finished their mission and returned to the Real World, and would no longer go back to the Digital World, though he corrected himself on that since it may happen after all. Some other yellow and rare Pickmon accompanied Strabimon, alongside the other Digimon of the village: Mojyamon, a Budmon, a Kotemon and a Gizamon, when he left flowers in the graves of his fallen compatriots.

In "Gluttony", a Pickmon was amongst the Baby Digimon Quartzmon gave energy to inside its body.
