Digimon Story: Super Xros Wars Blue & Red

Pickmon appear alongside Starmon as members of Xros Heart in both versions. During the opening sequence in Canyon Yard, they reunite with Taiki's party together with Starmon and Zenjirou after being threatened by Goblimon in Blue, or Pico Devimon in Red. Taiki's group defeats the ROG agent and rescues them.

After Xros Heart establishes its base at Sky Fort, the Pickmon report Chibickmon missing and fear that it has been kidnapped. Their urgent transmission prompts Taiki and his companions to return to the fort, where Patamon provides information that leads them to investigate the area near E Knuckle City. The group eventually discovers that Chibickmon has been enjoying Minervamon's company rather than being mistreated.

Following the battle with Spinomon, Chibickmon returns to Sky Fort with Taiki and his companions. The Pickmon and Starmon scold it for leaving. Chibickmon then delivers a key and an unclear message from Minervamon, which prompts the group to continue searching for Cutemon and Dorulumon.

Pickmon also has its own entry in the game's Digimon collection, separate from Starmon.
