This card is restricted to 1 copy as of the 2022 November banlist, taking effect on 2022 December 1 (around the tail end of the EX-03 format). The stated reasoning was: Because this card's End of Attack effect allows the reuse of the cards necessary for DigiXros, it is possible to perform consecutive attacks with only this card in the hand while simultaneously increasing your hand size with its When Played effect. As a result, the power of [Xros Heart] decks compatible with this card is much greater than expected, so we have decided to restrict this card to 1 copy as a balance fix. References:
