Digimon Xros Wars & The Evil Death General and the Seven Kingdoms[edit]
Baalmon was a mysterious assassin who used to be affiliated with the Bagra Army. Baalmon joined the Bagra Army with the intention of finding the Digimon responsible for causing the events which lead up the annihilation of The Goddess' Warriors and to avenge his fallen members. However, Baalmon realize that his fallen members and his mentor are being controlled by EBEmon, the member of the Bagra Army sided with Lilithmon which he decide to join Xros Heart. Unfortunately, he was injured by Lilithmon but thanks to the goddess, he was healed and reincarnated into Beelzebumon.
Digimon Ghost Game[edit]
Baalmon called itself the "God of Knowledge" and sought to gain all knowledge by stealing it from others. Taking the form of the "Red Book of Appin", he brought Higashimitarai Kiyoshiro to him through his talismans in the form of ghosts every night in "King of Knowledge", as Kiyoshiro was known as the "King of Knowledge" himself. Baalmon challenged Kiyoshiro to a game where they'd ask each other questions. If the other failed to answer them, the winner would take a piece of knowledge from the loser. While scared at first, Kiyoshiro decided to accept the challenge, since he sought knowledge too. However, he kept losing every night, leading him to become more and more obsessive. He kept losing his memories, until he couldn't remember anyone in his dorm, his teammates or the Digimon.
To stop Baalmon from fully draining Kiyoshiro, Amanokawa Hiro, Tsukiyono Ruli, Betel Gammamon, Symbare Angoramon and Jellymon challenged him, with Ruli taking him on by his own rules. Baalmon kept losing against them, since they asked him questions he thought too trivial, which ultimately angered him. He called the game off, deciding to fight the Digimon instead. He easily overpowered the Adult-levels. However, that gave Kiyoshiro time to recover, and with his memories back, he had Jellymon warp-evolve into Thetismon, who was stronger than Baalmon. Instead of finishing him off, Thetismon challenged Baalmon to one last showdown, where she asked him how many gateways a shrine in Kyoto had. As a denizen of Kyoto, Baalmon was confident it had 503, but he lost because it actually had 504 thanks to Kiyoshiro donating another. Realizing knowledge constantly updated itself, Baalmon accepted defeat and returned to Kyoto to keep expanding his knowledge.
