Digimon Savers

Metal Fantomon appears in "Memories of my Mother, Howling Mach Gaogamon". He uses his Grave Scream to trap Masaru's group in their nightmares, which caused Thoma to relive the death of his mother. Thoma, however, awakened his Digisoul at full power which caused Gaomon to become Mach Gaogamon, after which Mach Gaogamon defeated Metal Fantomon for good. This also freed Masaru and Yoshino from the nightmares.

Digimon Adventure:

Three Metal Fantomon evolved from Bakemon during an attack on Yagami Taichi, Takenouchi Sora, their partners and Lopmon. Two of the Metal Fantomon were defeated by Garudamon. The third one evolves once more into Gokumon, and was defeated by War Greymon in a fight.

Digimon Ghost Game

Metal Fantomon appears in "Nightly Procession of Monsters". It was invited by Sistermon Ciel to participate in their races in the Digital World, mowing down and absorbing the slower Digimon or anyone that tried to escape the race. However, the tables had turned when Tsukiyono Ruli and Amanokawa Hiro goad Sistermon Ciel into turning against Metal Fantomon and attacking it, before they were sent back to the Digital World by Black Tailmon Uver.
