An Ultimate that boasts the largest size among Digimon. Having taken in the data of an artificial satellite, it possesses a variety of satellite weapons that are enough to annihilate vast areas of the Digital World from high above. However, it requires a large amount of resources to operate, necessitating the support of proficient hackers, so there are few records of it appearing on the battlefield.
Its Special Moves are "Gimlet Gun", in which it pierces with its tail, "Spaser", in which it fires an enormous laser from its head, "Shuttle Scissors", in which it seizes the enemy with its right arm and severs them, "Satellite Buster", in which it picks off distant enemies with the gun barrels on its shoulders, and "Ragnarök Cannon", which is fired from its chest, providing maximum offensive power. In addition, whenever it receives an attack from the enemy, it analyzes it, and is capable of unleashing that attack's power back at them.

Digimon Liberator[edit]

Ragnamon is the Partner Digimon of Zenith.

In "Welcome to LACUNA", Zenith uses a BT21-062 Ragnamon card during his duel against Owen Dreadnought in the final of the Digimon World Card Championship. Ragnamon was on his field when he won.

As Owen and Zenith (as Xeno)'s second fight in "MIRACLE MAKER (Part 1)" started as a copy of said fight, Xeno also started with said Ragnamon on the field.

After Xeno was defeated by Owen, Unchain used the data they had gathered to bring forth a fully sized Ragnamon to Lacuna in "BE THE BELIEVERS (Part 1)". They then proceeded to intentionally repeat the plot of Digimon World 3: The Door of A New Adventure, fusing Ragnamon to the E.G.G. through its Fusionize to rewrite the world and create Gaiamon.

Digimon World 3: The Door of A New Adventure[edit]

Ragnamon appears as the final boss in the game after Snatchmon evolved with the Gunslinger Satellite so it could wipe out all human life on Earth. It continues its master's plan to become the strongest Digimon Gaiamon by fusing with the Earth, but it ultimately failed after Atsushi destroyed it in space.

Ragnamon's body acts like three different foes (its tail, chest, and head). While its tail and head are the only two parts that can be attacked, its chest only appears to attack the player's Digimon with Ragnarök Cannon (leaving the player's Digimon with 1 HP) soon after the player defeats its tail. The chest part of Ragnamon cannot be battled and the head part can copy one of the Technique used by player's Digimon and can counterattack by evading the opposing attacks.

References Notes
  1. In the final phase of its battle in Digimon World 3: The Door of A New Adventure, Ragnamon displays its ability to copy attack techniques that the player used against its tail in the first phase, as mentioned in its Digimon Reference Book entry. When not copying a technique, it defaults to this name.
  2. 2.0 2.1 EX11-046 Ragnamon features the special evolution condition to evolve from a Ragnamon and the effect to evolve into a Ragnamon at the End of Opponent's Turn while ignoring evolution cost and conditions.
  3. BT11-043 (DCG) can turn any Lv.3 or higher Digimon into a Scumon that retains its effects.
  4. Although Gaiamon is defined by Snatchmon as the result of the fusion between Ragnamon and Earth itself, the fusion never actually happens in the game.
