It is thought that it was originally the same kind of Digimon as Ofanimon, but it fell from heaven and eventually became known as the "Goddess of Darkness". Its reputation as the "Goddess of Darkness" is appropriate, as it offers generosity towards vice, but only cruel outrages towards virtue. Lilithmon X-Antibody is the mastermind that was controlling a swarm of thousands of evil Digimon trying to break through the gate that was sealing them in the Dark Area. She managed to infect Examon's huge body with X-Program almost finishing it off with her Nazar Nail and subsequently triggering its further evolution to Examon X-Antibody. After the Seven Great Demon Lords were rendered powerless by the Royal Knights, their bodies were transferred to the Dark Area's lowest level Cocytus and absorbed by Diablomon X-Antibody under the control of Lucemon X-Antibody.

Novel

Digimon Chronicle X

After undergoing X-Evolution, Lilithmon controls the thousands of evil Digimon attempting to escape from the Dark Area. When Examon responds to Anubimon's request for assistance and begins repelling them, she forces the horde into a relentless assault and personally joins the attack, overwhelming him and allowing the imprisoned Digimon to break through into the Old Digital World.

The repeated attacks of her X-Antibody followers cause the X-Program to spread rapidly through Examon's body. With Examon severely weakened, Lilithmon attempts to finish him with Nazar Nail, but Hououmon (X-Antibody) intervenes. Hououmon protects Examon despite being outmatched by Lilithmon, inspiring him to generate his own X-Antibody and become Examon (X-Antibody). Examon and Hououmon then join forces against her and her army.

Lilithmon is eventually defeated by the Royal Knights and their allies. Her body is transported to Cocytus alongside the other defeated Seven Great Demon Lords, where one of the seven copies of Diablomon (X-Antibody) absorbs her. The copies combine into Ogudomon (X-Antibody). After JESmon GX destroys Ogudomon, Lilithmon and the other Demon Lords are released and use their remaining strength to return to Cocytus.
