Digimon Chronicle X[edit]
JESmon (X-Antibody) evolves into JESmon GX after Gankoomon (X-Antibody) gives all its X-Antibody power, in order to prevent the entire Digital World from falling into the crisis caused by Ogudomon (X-Antibody). Afterwards, the Royal Knights sent the power they had remaining to JESmon GX, and JESmon GX destroys Ogudomon X with Knights' Intruder, thus foils the Seven Great Demon Lords' evil plan.

Digimon Liberator[edit]
Hackmon Blast Evolved into BT20-021 JESmon GX ACE from BT20-017 JESmon late in its fight against Yuuki in "THROUGH THE FIRE AND METAL". Its When Evolving effect then triggered, letting it destroy Yuuki's BT20-077 Heavy Metaldramon ACE by placing a JESmon (X-Antibody) card as one of its evolution sources. This triggered Heavy Metaldramon ACE's Overflow (-4), lowering Yuuki's memory. During its turn, JESmon GX ACE attacked Yuuki's Orochimon, despite knowing this would lead it to a defeat, and triggered its When Attacking effect to destroy Yuuki's Heavy Metaldramon by placing a BT20-059 Gankoomon (X-Antibody) card from its trash as an evolution source. It then triggered its second When Attacking effect, turning itself active and trashing one of Yuuki's security cards for every two Royal Knights in its evolution sources. However, as this entered counter timing, Yuuki took the chance to evolve her Orochimon into BT20-077 Heavy Metaldramon ACE. JESmon GX ACE was unafraid as its DP was higher than Heavy Metaldramon ACE's, but Yuuki was aware of it and used Heavy Metaldramon ACE's When Evolving effect to play a BT20-069 Punkmon with Retaliation and Blocker. Thanks to the combination of these two abilities, Punkmon and JESmon GX ACE fell together, assuring Yuuki's victory.

Digimon New Century[edit]
JESmon GX is the Player's Partner Digimon.
After mysteriously connecting to a parallel world and witnessing the intense battle between the Royal Knights and Erlangmon: Blast Mode that brought Digital Space to ruin, the player is able to make Hackmon's counterpart from this world evolve into JESmon (X-Antibody) despite his D-Seed having been destroyed by Erlangmon earlier. Thinking of a way to stop Erlangmon, who has reached the same level as Yggdrasill by taking control of Virtual Space, Gankoomon (X-Antibody) transfers all his X-Antibody power to JESmon X, causing it to evolve into JESmon GX.
