Horaiji Chitose is a character in Digimon Liberator (Web Novel). He's a developer of I.D.E.A., a game master, and a debugger.

Profile

A debugger and Digimon Liberator developer working at I.D.E.A.. His talent was made evident during the Liberator closed beta test by his taming of a rampaging Chimairamon, the first wild level 5 Digimon ever encountered.

He is also a GM, and an excellent one at that, greatly assisting Cool Boy and Yao Qinglan. Belying his youthful and polite demeanor are his solid work ethic, motivated by his desire to gain his hero Cool Boy's approval, and a vivid imagination. Various digital systems fascinate him, and he can't help but analyze each one he encounters.

Digimon Liberator

In the past, during the Digimon Liberator closed beta test, Horaiji stopped and tamed Chimairamon, the first wild Level 5 Digimon in Lacuna. Said Chimairamon then became his Partner Digimon, Gazimon.

In the present, during "Altea", Cool Boy called upon Horaiji to help him and Altea with the Maquinamon situation. He then fought Altea in "Shinjuku Giant" to teach him about Composite Digimon.
