Digimon Ghost Game[edit]

The Darcmon use Manticoremon as servants.

In "Werewolf" , one Darcmon's Manticoremon escapes and, after consuming data pertaining to a rural Japanese town's legend about a werewolf, believes itself to be that werewolf and begins terrorizing the town, re-enacting the legend's account of when it attacks people, and how many people it attacks. Its attacks deliver a potent venom.

In order to stop the "werewolf", Tsukiyono Ruli, a descendant of a princess from the legend, offers to further re-enact the legend and offer herself as a sacrifice. Manticoremon attacks her and her friends, and immobilizes Betel Gammamon and Thetismon with its venom. Ruli and Symbare Angoramon's determination to not fall for its pretense to the legend and to not let it beat them empowers Symbare Angoramon to Super Evolve into Lamortmon for the first time, and Lamortmon overpowers and subdues Manticoremon until its Darcmon handler arrives. Darcmon purges the legend data from it and takes it back to the heavens.
